I ordered 10 Giacomini Stella Radiator Lockshield Tops but due to to my carelessness it was not the correct product. Having said that I found the service provided was excellent and very speedily delivered so I would have no hesitation in using the company again.

Got message in red saying payment had…
Got message in red saying payment had failed. Tried again a bit later sucessful this time. Didn't find till much later that 1st order had now also gone through. Messages sent 2 mins apart saying "sent", Could have phoned? that goods had been sent (includes 2x carriage for same items) put in same box, but still 2X carriage. Obvious duplication but sent anyway and charged. Don.t think I'll risk using again.
Update. Phone call - very apologetic, offered refund on 2 extra + 2nd postage. Supplied pre-paid ticket to return unwanted items. Royal mail collected and confirmed. No reason to not to expect refund on unwanted duplication. Good to know if things go wrong then very keen to put right. Will use in future if required, now 5 stars (was 2) 10/12/2023
