A problem but well resolved.
I ordered some low value straight solder connectors. (28mm to 1").
They were under size and not usable which I reported to Matt.
He checked his stock, and found the same issue.
Matt then re sourced the product and re-supplied to me good product. He went to a lot of effort to do this which I appreciate.
First class customer service.

Great service at a fair price
Great service at a fair price. I ordered 'Orkli Motorised 2 Port Valve Replacement Head 22mm MV-60521600' to replace the obsolete 'Orkli Art. 60520604'. The replacement head arrived next day, even during strikes in lead-up to Christmas. It was a straight swap-in with no unforeseen issue, massively simplifying the fix i.e. no plumbing necessary. I subsequently ordered another as a spare / replacement for the second aging valve and it also arrived promptly. Highly recommended.

First time shop with On-demand Suppiers and can't fault them. Needed a quantity of new gutter rutter seals and for the price including P+P, it was still cheaper than Amazon and others. Even with the postal strike they turned up early. Job done

Wrong item supplied
An important part of my order (22mm slip collars) was changed for standard collars. This became a diaster on the day of my plumbing work.
On Demand have offered to refund the cost of the collars, but that is no use to me for the whole day wasted with a central heating system in bits!
Otherwise the price and delievery was ok
