Excellent customer service. I ordered a product on a Sunday and it arrived, as described, suitably packaged and in excellent condition, on the Tuesday. I received an email confirmation of my order within seconds of placing it online. The next day, I received by email a VAT sales invoice and confirmation of despatch.
