Tried to contact them for a return. Get ignored since. Cannot recommend quality and price do not match on top service is bad.

I placed an order for a glueless wig that recently dropped from Sensationnel. The site had the best price. Usually, I order from a local retailer, but because OnebeautyWorld advertised the best price and fast shipping, I ordered. I received an email confirmation with the promise of sending the tracking information when my wig was shipped out. After four more days - nothing. I called customer service and was assured it would arrived in 2 day. After hanging up, I realized I had not been given the tracking number. Two days later, I called again and was promised another 5 days. This is definitely not what was advertised. I still don't have my wig. Now I see a cheaper price on another website.

One Beauty World is not a trustworthy company! My relative recently purchased eight packs of crochet hair from them and paid more than $40 for express shipping. The company did not ship the order at all. In fact, when One Beauty World was contacted by email, they claimed they would ship the order "some time within a week" but never shipped the order. After my relative asked for a refund of $155, they received an email response stating "we will give you a refund in 3 to 5 days" and more time passed with no assistance. A complaint was filed against them with the Better Business Bureau. They eventually refunded the sale. It appears this company sells products on their website but do not have them in stock! It's a shame to see people being taken advantage of by pure greed!

Yessss they most definitely will have a faithful customer… I needed hair to be here at a certain time since I order at the last minute hair came way before the date it said online, we communicated through email their replies was fast very polite no Complications I did order 7 packs but they could only provide 6 which they told me ahead of time but with their timely fashion and the cost of the hair I’m not disappointed at all thank you sooo much I appreciate you guys

My order was right but took too long to arrive. By the time it arrived over a month. I had purchased from another company. 😔

I placed an order for crochet braiding hair on 7/8/24. The only option was to choose flat-rate shipping, which with USPS, should arrive in 1-3 business days. I requested the hair be delivered to a different state that I was visiting so I could get my hair done there. More than 10 days later, I have heard nothing from the business. I never received a shipping confirmation. My hair appointment is in 2 days, and I have no hair. I’ll be leaving the state in a few days to go back going. I called multiple times, and there’s no answer. I emailed as well. I really wished I checked BBB to see their history to know never to purchase there. This business needs to be shut down!

Got my shipment quick and fast! They had exactly what I needed. The prices was great and the quality of the hair is amazing. You will not be disappointed if you purchase from them. It’s also a plus that they are a small business

Receive my merch in an efficient & timely manner. This particular item I couldn’t find at any beauty supply store here in west palm beach. I wanted it so bad I just ordered it . The unicorn braiding hair pack is kid friendly. Beautiful pastel colors that will add some razzle dazzle to any braid style . & too add to all of the customer service from this company is top tier. There was an associate that contacted me right after my item delivered just to ensure I received the package love that .

It took them two weeks to send me a confirmation email about my order. I called and emailed 3 times to request a refund and was told the order was waiting to be shipped twice. The last time I called and emailed they said it had already shipped out. I asked for a tracking number which took more emails to get that information. I WILL NOT be ordering from this website again.

DONOT order from this company! They are not a legit company! I placed an order June 7th. I had to reach out to them to send me a confirmation order. After waiting a few days I reached out to them again asking when my order would be shipped. They sent me an email stating my order would be shipped in the middle of the week. My order was never shipped! I reached out to them again requesting a refund and for them to cancel my order. They never issued a refund. It’s now June 17th still no contact from the company! I had to contact my bank to dispute the charge and file a claim! DONOT order from this company! They are scammers!

I have order from onebeautyworld for awhile. I love this company. Everything is delivered on time and my order has never been wrong. It just great place to order from and there product and services is great.

I had to keep communicating with customer service, because I was not notified there would be a delay. Ordered product on 5/13/24, but did not receive it until 6/4/24. Company was dishonest by changing my order date on the packing slip to 5/28/24(I have the email with my original order date of 5/13/24). I will never order from this company again.

I love the products and generally the orders are filled within a reasonable amount of time. On my last order there was a delay (which happens; no problem). My problem was the lack of communication. They kept saying they were emailing me about the delay, but I did't receive an email from them until I initiated an email inquiry. Other that, the product is good.

I love this company for my braids. I hadn't used it in a while though and they've updated the website some, so I got a little extra cautious that it wasn't real but they still are.💯💯💯% they are the best and customer service was so patient and nice with me even though I wasn't too nice back. My apologies guys, keep up the great work!

I ordered 5 packs of passion twist hair May 12th and still have not received my tracking number. I emailed them and asked about my order shipping out and they claim the order has been processed and ready to be shipped today, still no update. I disputed the charges and got a credit from my credit card company. BEWARE: THIS SITE IS A SCAM. I’m not even sure anyone has received anything from this fake site.

I was scared to purchase with them and I wish I listen to the bad reviews. this was a terrible experience and far from timely . They don’t update you about your order until you email them and they will keep saying your order is processing for weeks. I had to make a dispute with PayPal. They don’t have the wigs b/c they got wait for the shipment but promise you flat 7 day shipping ? That what I was told by them and it’s very very unprofessional .I won’t ever buy from here again

I received my order in a timely manner. I called and the Customer Service representative was pleasant and very helpful.
