If I can give it negative zero stars I will. My mistake was not reading reviews on here before I placed order.
Placed order on 23 March. I emailed them on 28 March to find out when my order will be shipped. I got an email response to say it will be shipped on 29 March. Nothing happened so I emailed on 2 April for tracking details and got a response to say that there was a problem with UPS which is a lie. I emailed on 3 April for a refund as they just lying. I got a response on 4 April to say there is a delay in shipment and I can wait or refund. I asked for a refund in my email on 3 April and 5 April and now they not responding to my emails. AVOID AT ALL COST, they just scamming people.
I WANT MY REFUND. Stop trading if you can’t fulfil orders.

I ordered items that I kept checking the status on shipping on and kept being told my order would be shipped at the end of the week. After the 5th week of getting the run around I requested to cancel my order and get a refund... they continued to ignore me.
I had to submit a claim through PayPal to recover the money I paid.

At first when I had ordered the package I did not receive any information and after reading the reviews was concerned. It turns out that they had responded to me, sent me an invoice, and gave me a tracker number on my other account. I guess by mistake I might've signed up with my e-mail. Anyways, even though it took awhile for it to arrive, it did! The wig is in great condition, beautifully packaged, and grateful for the prompt response!

This is my second time purchasing from the company and customer service has been great and consistent ever since. When I came across a minor shipping issue, Blake flowers has been a very helpful support! They’ve reach back to me in the same day and fixed the issue surprisingly quick! I would say, when you’re ordering to definitely keep track of your shipping /tracking info so that you get your products on time. If there’s an issue, their customer service will get to you pronto! Not only that but they are so nice as well!!

It started out as NOT a good experience! I placed my order a little over 2 weeks to needing it. I never got an email on it being shipped and 3x each customer person I talked to ENCOURAGED me that not only would the order be shipped by that Thursday, but I’d receive the tracking email! None of this took place, so I emailed the customer service email address and told them if my order was not shipped and a email with tracking number, I would contact my credit card company and report fraud and report them to the Better Business Bureau! This person responded back and stated they would investigate. It was passed up to an ANGEL-BLAKE FLOWERS, who apologized and took control of the ENTIRE situation! He expedited my order and shipment and I got it 3 days prior to me needing it! This is what CUSTOMER SERVICE use to be! People who cared about the job and the people! It was SOOOOO NICE to see this type of service again! This is why I would stay with a company that cares and has GREAT customer service! If their prices changed, I would remain with them because they give QUALITY SERVICE AND THIS YOU CANNOT NOR WILL YOU FIND EVERY WHERE! Blake Flowers is a RARE BREED and I pray this company knows how lucky they are to have him!
