Crooks and liars
I placed an order November 21 2023 and Monday November 27 they called me say it's on back order. Big liars and it's Tuesday November 28 and still no update. They gave me a fake as tracking number, which I called USPS and they told me it didn't exist. Y'all can play with their asses but I am to every social media informing people that they are crooks. If I don't get my money back I am going to the local news station on them and have the better business bureau know what they are doing to people!!!

It took over a month for me to receive an order that I placed and I had to keep chasing them down for order updates. False Advertising- Buyer Beware
I order a product based on their ad. They did not even have the product in stock and while it appeared they had shipped it they had not. When they contacted me they told me it was on back order and wanted to ship me some other item. Nonetheless, I requested a refund they said would take 3-5 business days. After 7 business days still no refund. The item cost nearly $100. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau - Consumer Affairs shortly.

I bought the Kelly Premium Synthetic 13x7 Lace Front Wig By Laude Hair in OL-PEACOCK and OL-RSBERRY, I had seen good reviews on them. It took forever to receive them. I ordered the 20th of June 2023.
But what I got was so sparse on the lace part, I looked like I was balding when I put it on!
They did not take the wigs back or refund me.
Second issue I had was anotuernwig, Mist Delcy Synthetic Hair HD Lace Front Wig By Vanessa, that I ordered as well, the waiting time was even longer and when I contacted them, they said it was on back order. Eventually when I asked again they said it was out of stock. They did eventually give me a refund for that wig, but it took a long time. I ordered in June and I got my refund in November. Still no refund for the two terrible wigs.
Sadly, this was a very bad experience.

I have spoken to Onebeautyworld.com, 145 SW 13 St, Miami, Fl 33130 & the Post office here in Orange Park, FL on several occasions since the beginning of August trying to get my package sent back to me. Finally on September 26, the Post office called to inform me my package was disposed of due to Onebeautyworld.com shipping policy, also stating my package had no endorsement & because it was considered lightweight the Post Office is instructed to dispose of those type of packages instead of returning to Onebeautyworld.com. The Post office called Onebeautyworld.com to let them know that since this happened, Onebeautyworld.com should resend my order. I did not hear from Onebeautyworld.com so I called Onebeautyworld.com today, September 28, 2023, to find out the status of my package. To make a long story short Onebeautyworld.com knew I was not going to receive my package because of their shipping policy for these types of packages so they requested that I to reorder my item & they will give me a 15% discount. I refused to accept this offer due to the fact the Post Office explain to me that they do not know why Onebeautyworld.com has this type of shipping policy & it is not fair to the customer to have what they purchased disposed of instead of having it return to back to Onebeautyworld.com & Onebeautyworld.com resending these packages to the customers.

I had the worst experience with One Beauty
I had the worst experience with One Beauty World. I ordered a wig. It was never shipped. Contacted them multiple times. They kept saying it will be shipped. 3 weeks passed still no shipping. I requested a refund. Again a back and forth they refused to refund me. Thank God I had done the order through PayPal so I opened a case and PayPal had them refund me. After I opened the case One Beauty contacted me asking me to close the case. Smh. Please do not purchase anything from them.
Durable| Will Purchase Again
The quality of wigs makes for a durable wig that can lasts for months. It simply requires using a flat iron after months of wear.
I usually purchase the "Bang Blunt 18 in Destiny Premium Realistic Fiber Full Wig", color 1B.
My last purchase I ordered color P1B30. I love the color.
However, I used priority shipping, and the product arrived the same time as the regular shipping option. I also noticed that the color P1B30 is a bit fluffy and doesn't respond as well even with the use of a flat iron. I hardly wear this newly purchased wig and resort to the color 1B, that I have been using for more than 6 months.
I will continue shopping at One Beauty World; however, I will think twice about using priority shipping.

Bad First Impression
I placed an order on June 22, 2023 (the packing slip falsely says it was ordered on July 11th) and paid $13.40 for expedited shipping. The order did not arrive until July 15, 2023. I've been assured I will be refunded and only charged the flat rate shipping costs. Still waiting for my refund.
Priority Mail not honored
I requested and paid for Priority Mail Express 1-Day on Thursday, 8 June. Even after waiting 24-48 hours for processing, the product should have been received no later than 13 June (given the weekend). However, I did not receive my product until 14 June. I requested a reimbursement for the difference in shipping cost since I did not receive the order according to the 1-day privilege. After several emails, I was told on 13 June that the issue was being raised to management for the partial refund. I have not heard anything since that time.

When I received my order all of my order was correct, but it did take me emailing after three weeks to see when my hair was going to be shipped. I’m not sure I would order from this site again even though I love supporting small businesses. I think the communication could be improved.
