I ordered 3 packs of a certain color…

I ordered 3 packs of a certain color way I was in search for and paid extra for express shipping last year!! They claim that I will in fact receive refund asap. It’s been almost half a year now. Do not buy anything you will get your money taken. Simple as that. Beware.

Very unpleasant experience was sent the wrong hair took over a month to resolve issue. They see your emailing them and don't have the decency to reply. Communication skills are very poor. Tread carefully when ordering from this website

Dark charcoal, Bona wig

The wig, bona, is a beautiful wig, I got it in charcoal. It's a dark charcoal. Long and silky. Love it.

I wasn't too happy with how long the shipping took.

Bait and Switch

The hair of the woman in the photo is what was in the promotion, but different than the hair I actually received. The models hair was long and had zizi crimp like braids; the actual product was barely a foot long, and was wavy.

I never received my order

I never received my order. It was marked delivered however, I never received my order!

On May 3, 2023 someone who works at this store called me several times harassing me telling me to take down this review if I did they'll give me 10% off my next purchase because (their a small business)! I should not have to take down any reviews that I post! This is highly inappropriate!

Today May 9, 2023, someone called me again from this store - this is truly harassment! This is terrible!

It took a week before I received my item. Took several days before I received a tracking number. I signed up for same day shipment and didn't my purchase in that time frame.

The shipping of the item too long and…

The shipping of the item too long and just to process the order took a week. Haven’t received product yet because it was shipped on 4/9 but I ordered it on 3/29.

The pre sectioned parts are…

The pre sectioned parts are disproportionate and not all the same size. On my first pack of hair I used one bundle and had to open a next one to see if the packaging was just wrong EVERY PACK OF HAIR WAS NOT EVENLY SEPARATED!!! I am beyond furious I could have bought regular pre stretched hair if I knew I would still be separating trying to get the braids the same size still!

Terrible

Terrible, no communication from the company. I placed my order last Thursday 3/29 and it just shipped Tuesday 4/3. The rep I spoke with on 4/5 said they had to get an item from Georgia but why not tell me that when I spoke to him on 3/29 to add an item a little after I placed it online. I have an appointment this Saturday and my hair won’t be here in time even though I ordered it week. Just ridiculous!! It’s aggravating because now I have to cancel my appointment or go try to find some hair at a local store
