April 19 - March 6 And Still No Order
I would love to have my order to review, but I have not received it yet. I placed the order on February 19th. It is March 6th and I still do not have it. If this is the normal pace of placing and receiving an order with this company, I will not be ordering again. That being said, I have been in contact with Coustomer Service and they are very responsive. Nonetheless, I still do not have my order.

My grandmother has been wearing the same wig style since around 2010 and a few years ago it discontinued I searched states over and online and could not find it. However I found it on this website and was skeptical I would get it and I got all 3 I ordered! It is so bad that I have the brand style and color memorized lol.

Buyer Beware
I placed an order with this company on Feb. 4th, 23. I gave them 2 stars because I did receive a response from B. Flowers regarding my order. Unfortunately what was promised didn't happen. I haven't received an email regarding my order yet and have no clue what they are doing. I rather make my purchases at a store but this product the store doesn't have. I'm in the neighboring state to Florida and it shouldn't take over 2 weeks for me to receive an order from Florida. What really gets me is that my emails are now failing when I send them to Blake Flowers. I feel this company's not legit. I paid through PayPal, so I will contact them regarding this company and getting a refund.

Terrible communication from customer service
I placed the order on Dec. 23rd for express delivery. I had to initiate communication to company before they let me know items were on back order. Again, I had to communicate to them to get a refund for the express charges and a status on product. February 2nd, 6 weeks later, still no product delivery.🤨

Blake Flowers was very helpful and did an excellent job at keeping me in the loop regarding my order. It was very easy to order on the One Beauty website and I like the variety of payment options. Unfortunately, the product I wanted is on a manufacturer delay so the order could not be fulfilled. However, I was very grateful for the ease of the company providing me with options on how to navigate moving forward and ultimately refunding without hassle as it was neither their fault nor mine. I will definitely check back. I would give 5 stars, but was unable to verify their actual products. However, if their products are as good as their customer service I'm sure they're great and would likely be a 5.
