I got my package

I got my package, but I will never order again .. I’ll say customer service was nice but I’m not use to waiting forever .. it just wasn’t a good experience for me .. find out for yourselves 🤷🏽‍♀️

There were no notifications to where the package was and I had to call several times to know where and when I will receive it.

BEST ONLINE BEAUTY SUPPLY STORE

I only use one type of crochet hair in the #30. I couldn't find it anywhere. I stumbled across this beauty supply store online and have been a faithful customer ever since. They have the BEST customer service!! Blake Flowers has resolved any issues I have had immediately! They ship very quickly. I refer all my friends.

This company is awful

~ Edit: the item finally arrived, I was actually surprised. I am keeping it a low rating because the lack of communication is troubling for this company. You should not keep consumers in the dark about the items they spent their hard earned money on. ~

This company is awful! I ordered a wig that was $53.94 and never received a confirmation email. I reached out to them via email and Blake Flowers did not help me. I’m not sure why this business is running but it is highly unprofessional to not send out an order confirmation via email. Absolutely ghetto. I’m certain that I’m never getting my item. Stick to Amazon for wigs!

I would never order from this website…

I would never order from this website nor will I recommend it. I believe this is a scam, customer service is horrible, you lie, and I can't get my product or any update about it. Tracking is invalid and I can't reach out to anyone.

TERRIBLE SERVICE, NON EXISTENT COMMUNICATION

TERRIBLE SERVICE. I am really unhappy with the experience I am having with OneBeautyWorld, I do not think I will purchase from them again. I place my order for a Teagan wig on the 28th of November and paid extra for international shipping, since the 28th of November my order still keeps saying processing, I have emailed numerous times, contacted OneBeautyWorld on their contact us form and for weeks not one of my emails nor my messages were responded to, they totally ignored them all. Eventually I get through to Blake on the live chat and he promised to get back to me with updates about my order and he didn't, I had to go back on the chat services again and emailed and demand that I want to cancel the order and get my money back if they cannot fulfill my order, on this occasion I had a response email from Blake to say he will check with another department for the wig and check if I will be able to get it in time before Christmas, he couldn't give me any further information, this was on the 15th November 4 days ago and he still hasn't come back to me. Please OneBeautyWorld stop lying to customers. Customers thinking of purchasing from this company take caution, especially if your a customer who is ordering outside of the US. They take your money for payment for the order and you hear nothing more, no correspondence, nothing more for three weeks onwards, it's really disgusting service, they need to get their communication together as it's non existent and you struggle to get through to anyone to speak to about your order.

OneBeautyWorld, please stop lying to me, if you do not have the wig in stock just be honest and let me know and refund me my money back and stop telling me that you are wig stocker for Janet Collection wigs, if you are how come you put online the wigs are in stock when customer go online to purchase, but when the payment is made you don't actually have the wig in stock and cannot fulfill the order, please stop doing this to customers. STOP THE LIES.

Out of stock item

I made a purchase however my item was out of stock until the early part of the second quarter next year. Anyway, Blake Flowers reached out and informed me of the order status and asked how I wanted to proceed. I asked for a refund and he quickly delivered. He’s been in constant communication. That is customer service!!
