Terrible Experience

It took about 3 weeks to ship out my order. I still have not received it yet. Every time I would call for an update they would tell me “it’s going to ship today”. I kept being told this repeatedly over 3 weeks. Finally received email saying my order has shipped so we will see. This will be the last time I ever purchase from here again.

Unnumbered Colors

Your site doesn’t provide numbers for colors like every other site so I ended up with 2 wigs that were not the color I was looking for & instead of taking a wig you do not have off your site you charged my credit card for inventory you didn’t have while I waited a month to ask for a refund

They never told me my order was out of…

They never told me my order was out of stock. I had to call and they lied like they was going to ship me my order. I had to call for the second time and got my order 3 weeks later

Still haven’t received order

Ordered on November 19, and despite 1-2 shipping notice from facility and UPS ground I still haven’t received order and it is domestic order. When I made inquiry I got a response November 28 and my order finally shipped December 2. 13 days after order placed or 11 days considering the first weekend. When I got my response there was no indication there had been a product delay. I hope I get my wig. I’ve placed a second order and I’m not hopeful it will go better now.

Horrible

Horrible. Shipping took forever. Had to email & contact them on instagram to find my package. It finally came after 3 weeks.

My order was delayed.

My order was delayed. I called to find out if there was a problem. The item I ordered was out of stock. The Customer Service Rep compared what I had ordered with another product. Together, we found a comparable item at a slightly higher price. I was not charged for the increase. The order shipped & I received it a few days later.

I contacted 4 different times about not…

I contacted 4 different times about not receiving one wig on my order and didn't get a response until over a month later and wasn't refunded for a month & a few weeks back to my PayPal account. I don't recommend them based on bad customer service and response time.

Never order from here you been warned

I placed my order on 9/20/2022 after 6 days I had not received a email regarding my order being shipped to I email the company on 9/26/22 to see what has happened I got no response so on 10/10/22 I called the company number of coarse I wasnr able to speak to anyone so it only allowed me to leave a voicemail so I did I got no response so I send another email still no response I message the company through DM on Instagram on 10/10/22 they finally respond to me through Instagram on 10/11/22 by this time its been 21 days since I placed my order it took them 15 days from the first time I reached out to them to respond to me they never apologized nothing no manners at all customer service is trash they reply saying my order took long because of a vendor how come no one contacted me nothing was done on 10/11/2022 finally they shipped my order I received my order on 10/15/2022 it took them q total of 25 days to get my order I will never order from this company again and I will make a post on Instagram not to order from such a unprofessional company

Excellent Customer Service

I spoke with Zach and he was so helpful!!! My daughter has alopecia and wears a wig every day so Zach provided me with assistance to ensure we could order a wig that is economical yet looks like real hair and in a style and Color that is realistic for her complexion. Zach has gone out of his way to make sure we were satisfied customers and I look forward to working with him again soon!!!! Thanks for a great experience

I received my order a month later also…

I received my order a month later also I'm missing two of my ponytails I ordered and never came with my order which I spent 100 on! Also I sent an email out never gotten a response back so. I'm not happy 2 OT 30 Mayde Bubbalicous Ponytail that was missing from my order...
