Quick shipping but incorrect color
The shipping was quick and efficient. However, the hair I actually received was a lot darker than the hair I chose on the website, without the usual margin of error.

Disappointed customer
I have been searching for this wig for months, the Koko curl wig by Mayde Beauty. I finally got it but it was nothing like advertised. Additionally, the wig did not seem new. I was very disappointed.

Paid for 2 day shipping. Didn’t receive tracking info or package until after I disputed with PayPal. The people from customer service online chat lied to me then ignored me the next day. You can’t reach anyone through the customer service number vm only. Wouldn’t shop here again
