Excellent!

I recently booked a test, at the Croydon branch and it was such a stress free easy appointment. The customer service was great. The lady who did my test was really lovely. I usually find these appointments painful and often have bruising afterwards however I left within minutes of arriving and didn’t have any bruising afterwards.
I was also pleasantly surprised that I received my results so quickly the following day! Fantastic service would definitely reuse their services

I have always struggled with having blood drawn as my veins in both my arms are difficult to find. However, Vivienne was great and on her first go was successful with least pain. Great service will be using again.

the nurse, vivien, made me feel very comfortable as i have a history of feeling faint and it was overall a smooth process. the results came in same day too which is great

The online booking process is easy and clear. The medical staff was very friendly and professional.

I booked a test with One Day Tests because of an advert that I saw which reflected some issues that I was having. After speaking with a consultant at ODT I was advised which tests to go for and was after a blood draw at 9am I was presented with the results at 6pm THE SAME DAY. I then received a follow up call to go over my results with the same consultant who advised me which foods & supplements I should consume. 2 weeks later I can happily say I have more energy and the brain fog has definitely improved. Also I don't have headaches anymore which I thought was tiredness. I didn't even realise I was having headaches every morning until I took the supplements! Thanks OTD I feel human again.
