We visited one stop store in Newark on…

We visited one stop store in Newark on HAWTONVILLE today at 11:12 with my family.

As we were waiting at the till we had to wait for very long time. The lady explained that there was something wrong with the card transaction from previous person who bought milk and little dairy products so we waited a little bit longer.
When we were ready, we paid with Apple Pay (£9.65) and the card machine was failing, again, then in very rude fashion the women said that we have to insert the card in. When we explained it’s the Apple Pay and we don’t have a card the women was keep telling us that “we have to” insert the card. Not sure what was so hard to understand. Explanation that she (the employee) had an Apple Pay on her phone didn’t make any sense.

I asked if we could use the different till as my husband paid before me and everything was perfectly fine. I also said that she did admit that there was something wrong with this card machine, the answer we got almost screaming was : “I DIDNT SAY THAT!!”

The nasty comments to other customers after us that she was just trying to do her jobs really shouldn’t happened.

Please can you be more careful when selecting employees or at least send them on training how to talk to the customers and how to respect other human beings.

We used other till with a lovely young lady and transaction went through very smoothly.

Can’t collect my order…

Went in to get my yodel order was rudely told all systems were down which I understand isn’t their fault. Not being funny they should have a backup incase this happens. You shouldn’t be told you can’t collect your item which you have paid for. This is a Christmas present which I have been waiting for a while. I had it delivered here because of work and I thought it would have been easier obviously not. I’ve now got to go try again tomorrow after work to get my order. Staff were very unhelpful and rude

terrible

Closes when it feels like it. They shut Just to take in a delivery, minor power cut the other day all the other shops reopened but one stop took over an hour then closed early due to staff shortages, they refused to take in any packages from couriers making people who have waited wait even longer. Why say you accept packages if you don’t bloody open?

35 minute wait for service

I have just waited 35 minutes at the post office counter to get served. There were 6 people in front of me, it was a shambles and that is putting be politely. The shop staff told us that the lady behind the counter was relief, sadly there was no relief for us customers with mobility issues. Some customers walked out. The cashier seemed to be mixing parcels for return with parcels due to be collected. I don't know if I will ever use your service again. Absolutely shocking

Very unhelpful rude staff

Went in today to return a parcel and was told they don’t do Amazon returns, when I told the lady she said we haven’t done them for 18 months despite the fact I have always used this shop to return them. But in all honesty I have always found the staff in this shop unhelpful and poor customer service. Won’t be returning!

I visited one stop in Wellingborough, gold street

I visited one stop, Wellingborough, gold street.
What a vile, unhelpful miserable owner I encountered, I was only trying to return a parcel.
He was rude, abnoxious , I would not recommend anyone to visit that shop, and it wasn’t the cleanest place I’ve encountered.
I would award it zero stars, unfortunately 1 is the minimum

Onestop (Stapenhill)

I went to the store in burton (Stapenhill) some of the staff are rude! They stand behind the counter why others are running around. Herd some staff slating other work members, I was needing help with printing a postage label, the only person that was working came and assisted me,(Tall, Black long hair!) she was well mannered and polite and assisted my needs. What a credit to your team! She was the most caring person that day! Went well above and beyond!

Rude people

One stop store marsh court basildon essex. My daughter came into this shop to return an evri parcel, she was told by Amazon she could print out the return label there. The lady behind the counter told her she couldn't and she was very rude & abrupt. To make it worse my daughter got the return label printed out her self and tried to return the parcel again. A man saw her with the parcel and said..there's no room for parcels?? In a very unpleasant way. If these people do not want to do this job knowing they will deal with the public, then they should not do it. Horrible people

Customer service is poor lady made me feel like I shouldn’t have even walked in the shop not sure if it’s new management but been coming here ten plus years but won’t be returning if you not happy within your job try something else because working there ain’t for you

Poor management has led to some staff…

Poor management has led to some staff being aggressive when asked about the lack of baskets. Often little in the shelves and when busy there umis usually only one member if the team serving, one focused on delivery and others doing nothing. If you ask for other staff to serve they get aggressive and rude. Lucky I dint manage this shop. There would be some out of a job. Please remember, we pay your salary guys and deserve a bit more respect. You are not doing us z favour!

Moody staff

This has been my local convenience store for around 7 years now (Melbury Avenue, Poole) and previously I had little problems here.

Since the staff started using headphones for communicating with each other they have stopped greeting, acknowledging or talking to customers and too busy chatting with each other. This also has the effect of appearing moody and non-engaged.

The staff are arrogant and rude

The staff are arrogant and rude ,my autistic daughter add to take a large parcel (AIR FRYER) I was in the car as I add broken my ankle ,the staff were horrible speaking to her very aggressively ,refused to take the parcel off of her making her carry it to the other end of shop. saying ,Go put it next to the parcels I’m not carrying that .Not the first times these staff have been horrible when she’s been in ,not all disabilities are visible absolutely no need for this .

Disgusting

My son just went to pickup an order for delivery on ubereats from marfleet lane one stop in hull near the Aldi supermarket women behind the counter was rude and abusive maybe you need to give your staff a bit of customer service training shocking.If it had been a man shouting at a women there would be uproar in this day and age disgusting.
