They cancelled my test without…

They cancelled my test without contacting me! They're not answering the phone! They've taken £587.99 of my money and I've got nothing but a 30 pound theory test to show for it! They are scam artists.

Terrible!!!

Terrible!!!

This company is a complete rip off and scammers.

My daughter booked a week intensive course but the instructor was actually on holiday. The second instructor they got after lying to us could only do 6 hours that week. When my daughter contacted the company to arrange lessons near her base she was told she had to pay another £150 admin fee!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Completed 30 hours in one week and…

Completed 30 hours in one week and passed both my theory and practical test! The admin team got my tests really quick and my driving instructor was brilliant. Would recommend to anyone!!

Awful company.

Really badly organised company I had booked a course at the start of June to be carried out July (2 months!!) And yet they didn't start looking for instructors until the week before and found out that no instructors could do it. They then couldn't find anyone for 2 weeks following and eventually told me they had an instructor. Who then phoned me and said they had no idea that they were meant to be instructing me and that they couldn't do the weeks the company had told me they could do. Customer service was awful when you get through. Would not recommend at all as even with a theory test they book it before asking if you could do that time and date. Awful company.

horrible service...

except for the last 2 days, the instructor arrived 13 mins late in average.

the car smelled like pee...

instructor often gave useless rhetorical feedback like "looked like you were waiting for something to happen."
instead of "you did not do.....which could result in …., next time what you should do is...." (which probably should have been his way of a response to my mistakes.

the money (£400+) I paid upfront (to the company not driver) felt unnecessary.

the course was not completed in one week.

There's more, but what I wrote seems adequate...

SCAM

SCAM, OUT OF POCKET, DEAD LINES AFTER PAYMENT I booked this course as I was very busy with work. Passed the theory and then nothing. I'm owed 10 lessons and two goes at the practical. This company will not help in the slightest. So far I've had to do all leg work and have had no help, I.e in they're words sort it out yourself . When you phone to enquire they'll put thru to a dead line. So you phone enquirys just to get put thru to another dead line. This is not intense, if you need to pass quickly I suggest you pick a tidy company. They are not organised and have a feeling I'm not going to see them lessons.

Probably one of the worst experiences ever

Probably one of the worst experience dealing with any company, only short of dealing with the instructor they provided. When I had issues they were very slow to respond. The company did not care that the driving instructor was refusing to give me the hours I paid for nor did they condemn his behavior. The made no effort to help me get my money back from the instructor and I am currently in the first processes of small claims court. Avoid oneweekdriving ltd and especially avoid Mohammed Butt/ learntodriveuk

HORRIBLE, DODGY, SCAM COMPANY!

Horrible dodgy company which goes around robbing money off desperate innocent people. People should stay away from this SCAM company. My partner paid £275 for 5 lessons beginning of November last year and I was promised to have my practical test in December.
I have been writing to them, phoning them since then but and but still ignoring me. I have written several reviews on here but it seems they are trying to fix me by not responding or refund me. Is that a company wich people should deal with, Such unprofessional and heartless people who are not ashamed of their disgusting behaviour towards customers!

Excellent service, good value for money

Excellent service, would highly recommend. Was contacted by my instructor the week before due to start, and only booked 2 weeks in advance. My instructor straight away picked up my faults and worked on those with me. Passed test first time with zero minors - this was due to my instructors help, advice and teaching skills. Instructor always worked the hours around what suited me and gave me the confidence I needed to pass within the week! Value for money is amazing.

Terrible instructor and abysmal service

I booked this course and heard nothing for 2-3 weeks. Within 1-2 days of my scheduled start date (for which I had booked time off) I still had not heard from my "driving instructor".

When I finally was contacted by my driving instructor they were rude and abrupt.

My first lesson was a absolute disaster. The first thing my instructor did was drive on the wrong side of the road !!! I was not tested for my eye sight in an appropriate manner prior to being brought immediately onto a dual carriageway. Now it is an intensive course so I expect to be thrown into a stressful situation but being brought onto a dual carriageway while still not knowing how to use the hand brake or foot brake is a little dangerous.

I found my instructor to be of very poor quality an opinion which has been compounded by moving to an actual decent instructor.

When you pay the very expensive cost of this intensive course you are promised a driving exam as part of said price. I contacted this joke of a company telling them to book my exam but not for any of a series of dates as I would not be in the country. They informed me this was not in their control and that they would simply send available dates to the instructor. Fair enough point so I immediately contacted my instructor informing in of my NO GO dates. He booked a date I simply could not do in less than 2 days time so I could not cancel or rearrange with the test centre. Long story short the company say it is not their fault and will do nothing at all and my former instructor says it is not his fault either.

This company is a utter shambles. They will not help you, they will not aid you, they will not protect you and they do not give a sod about you. Take your business elsewhere.

Avoid at all costs... A shambles of a company...

An absolute shambles. Their website claims they will book your test but after having lessons in Dundee for a week they had actually booked a test for a different town. This they then blamed on the instructor (who they provide dates to) and who accepts a date on your behalf ( you would presume in the town you ask for).
We initially paid the deposit for a test in our local town (Perth) but they continually came back just prior to when they were meant to be giving dates stating they couldn't provide the date but should have something within a week to ten days.
When it became apparent that they could not deliver the test centre we asked for we then asked for Dundee and an instructor got in touch asked if the date suited us and we arranged to meet him in Dundee for him to assess how much driving hours were required.
On the day of the test under an hour before the time of the test we were informed that the test HAD IN FACT BEEN BOOKED IN ANOTHER TOWN 20 miles away.
When we have complained to one week driving they have turned around and stated our contract is not with them and we have no right to complain to them. Their defence is that the instructor is self employed and has nothing to do with them despite our introduction to the instructor being through them and the fact we asked for a completely different town to where they/their agent actually booked.

They then hide behind call handlers and a team leader stating that management do not take calls.
if I could rate them less than one star I would do so. A company that takes your money and is not interested in how bad they actually perform with a customer service that does not deserve to be called that. They have no interest in trying to sort out complaints and are a company to be avoided at all costs.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE RIP OFF MERCHANTS!! Check facebook -full of review from people who had my (or worse) experiences. I booked 2 months in advance - they told me they are struggling to find me an instructor and asked me to change my area or dates (I can't change the date but offered 2 other areas). They then wrote back telling me they were looking but gave the wrong area. Then they assigned me an instructor who (when I called him) cannot do the dates I need. TOTAL SHAM AND RIP OFF. They don't tell you until right before the course that they can't do it and then you're stuck. They have refused to refund my deposit - I have ZERO confidence in them - they DO NOT have their own instructors, they just assign you to any instructor in the area who is free so you could end up with a rubbish instructor and you can do this yourself without paying them a fortune for it. Unless they refund me, I'm going to make sure no one else is caught out like I have been. This is DISGUSTING - they totally misrepresent their 'service'. Will be going to trading standards, social media, watchdog, Martin Lewis and the papers. I WANT MY DEPOSIT BACK!!!!

Not even a week! They do magic!

Not even a week! My instructor contacted me right away and within a week I had my lessons and test booked. He was so helpfull and patient and gave me confidence and knowledge enough for me to pass same week. I can't say thank you enough not only to him Ari but to all in that company. It is definitely worth all the money and effort. 1000% I will recommend them to anyone who wants to pass quickly and with confidence. Thank you guys so much!😊
