My first time order for 2 litres of 5W40 engine oil.
I received fantastic service throughout from Gary Fooks.
Sadly, other departments let Gary down by providing him with erroneous FedEx tracking numbers that left me with no ability to track my order.
The package was delivered on time

Sales rep that contacted me was cocky and downright rude. Totally unprofessional and terrible sales pitch. I would not use or recommend this company based on my experience.

This is the second time we have used On Line lubricants as last year our regular supplier after 25 years refused to take the oil pipe through our house. It’s a shame we had to pay 1/2 as much again but the service we received was excellent. Both deliverers were efficient,friendly,patient and polite.

Excellent service from Dilara. Always quick response when needed giving our garage all the accurate information when purchasing engine oils and helping our garage take the correct steps for the future ahead. Really recommend these guys.

We provide cleaning services for online lubricant, very pleasant to deal with and prompt response to any queries/payment. Joanna has been in charge of handling our queries and she has been superb, no complaints whatsoever on our end.

Lewis was brilliant from start to finish, we purchased an IBC of hydraulic oil iso 46 and was delivered to us same day to get us out of trouble! Will definitely be using online for all our oil and lubricants needs from now on.
