Great choice excellent packing and delivery

Have ordered a few times from here and had consistently good experiences. Communication is good and customer service/fish health seems to be a priority. Any issues, which are few and far between, have been addressed immediately. Where there have been issues with the stock at their end they have contacted me and let me know, choosing to place the fishes wellbeing over making a quick sale, giving me the choice to wait or have refund, rather than sending out something that wasn't in top condition. I don't see what else you can ask for really.

Spent £90 on fish from this company yesterday they were delivered one of them was dead on arrival, this was not a problem as is expected when ordering online, but i did email them to let them know within hours of the delivery. Since then more fish have died and others are looking in poor health. I have sent many emails asking them to please contact me, not one of the emails have been answered. I am an experanced fish keeper of over 40 years, these fish deaths and illness is nothing to do with the water quality of my tanks or how they were treated whilst with me. My tanks were all tested before before fish went into them and were all within normal ranges. My tanks all have UV filteratation, + undergravel filters.

First time I have used this company and I’m delighted to be able to report that I received a first class service. Very quick delivery, I had only ordered on the 22st February 2026 which was a Saturday, The website said delivery would be Thursday or Friday, I had asked for Wednesday if possible. I had a reply on the Monday and advised that the plants I’d ordered were out of stock but offered an alternative, which I accepted. I had ordered 20 terra Neons, 12 cherry Barbs, 6 golden and 6 black Mollys and 5 plants. I was emailed an email Tuesday to say delivery would be between 8 am & 1 pm the next day Wednesday. The package arrived around 12.30 and the fish & plants were very well packaged. All are healthy and exactly what I ordered. Superb service, highly recommend. Will definitely order again, thanks team.

Excellent communication - part of my order was not available so they contacted me and asked what I would like as a replacement.
All fish turned up alive and well on time as per all the orders I have had from them.

Overall a very good and helpful company, I had a few communication issues with my first order but it was mid to late December which is a very busy time of year for everyone and the issue was resolved after a few days. I have ordered now 3/4 times, I’ve never had an issue with disease etc. The fish always come very packaged with a very highly regarded courier. Communications are good, they generally reply within minutes to an hour (if that). Great company, highly recommended.

Water was stanky as literally the worst water ive ever smelt from a online fish store, 1 fish turned up with damage to the head had 4 fish die over a period 2 days (introduced them to water properly and added tank water to the bag slowly so they got used to it) it is the worst place I've got fish from so far, ordered using my wife's account. EDIT: Emailed them received and prompt email back went back and fourth a couple times sent pictures of the fish and completely blanked me after the pictures was sent and they the strive for costumer aftercare service 🤣😂EDIT:ALL SORTED NOW WILL PROBABLY TRY ONE MORE TIME TO SEE IF IT WAS A ONE TIME MISTAKE 🤞🏻

Majority of the fish that came died within a few days (covered in white spot) and in consequence half my existing stock is now dead in a tank that’s been running for 2+ years with little to no problems. Extremely disappointed as I’ve put a lot of work into this tank

Recently decided to restock an empty (but still full) tank with coldwater fish. Ordered some danios and orandas from this company last Weds, and sent a message asking them to deliver Wednesday this week as I'd be at home rather than at work. Received a reply via the website chat (rather than email - if I hadn't logged into the site to check on the order, I wouldn't have seen the reply) that this wouldn't be a problem.

Package turned up today via DX, well packed in a polystyrene container with two heat packs and a lot of bubble wrap. After 45 minutes of floating the bags, the fish were released and after an hour of skulking at the bottom, they've all joined the existing crowd and seem comfortable. No sign of disease or major stress.

I'd recommend this company as a great place to buy fish online. The prices are good; comms, packing and service are great, and the fish are exactly as described on the website. Can't fault it, very happy.

Ordered Parrot fish Blue, green, yellow, orange, pink and red after two days blue, green, orange and pink changed color to yellow and all fish in my tank got sick. Not recommend.

I recently ordered pea puffers, danios, and otocinclus from this store. Unfortunately, most of them didn’t make it past the first few days after arrival, but the team was very understanding. They offered me a refund for the fish that died and even offered to replace them.

While the response time was a bit slow, everything was sorted out in the end, and I really appreciate their willingness to make things right. Good customer service goes a long way, and I’ll definitely be buying from them again.

must admit was abit nervous about first order but delivery came this morning absolutely brilliant well packaged very professional would highly recomend and will definataley buy again

Recently purchased a blue ram, bamboo shrimp and 2 Spotted Dora catfish. They were packaged amazingly and arrived within the stated timeframe. They're all thriving and a beautiful addition to the tank. Highly recommend. Amazing services with even better prices. Oh and the customer service if you need to contact them directly is also top tier!
