Amazing service fish well packed and healthy fast delivery

Fantastic service ,quick reply and very healthy fish all perfectly packed heat mats were still warm on arrival.I was abit worried about ordering online as never done it before but would highly recommend this company.all fish were double bagged no leaks. Look forward to filling up my other tanks in the future.

Just received my fish order of 10 chili rasboras, 10 galaxy rasboras and 5 scarlet badis. I was a little worried about receiving such small fish. But I needn't of worried every little fish arrived in perfect order. Super quality. Couldn't of picked out better fish myself. Really happy, will definitely recommend and will be using again. Orderd some fish,and I must admit they were first class.on recieving my order they were double baged and the heat packs were still warm, the fish were well packed in a polystyrene box, I would highly recommend on line aquatics ,and I will certainly use them again.

I ordered some freshwater Pipefish. They were well packed and arrived in very good condition. My email questions were answered quickly and helpfully. All in all a great experience.

All fish died not a happy customer. Al's a day after the first delivery date they notified that fish was not in stock . Would definitely not recommend.

Brilliant service. Ordered fish on Tuesday and they were delivered to us in Scotland by a very careful van driver on Wednesday. Beautifully and safely packaged clown loaches who are now enjoying life on our tank. I hope they eat our snails!

Fish arrived safe and sound all in good condition, now swimming happily in aquarium, ordered seven fish in all and got six , which I may add they acknowledged the mistake and refund the difference and gave me a 10%discount on future purchase , all in all very pleased with my fish and I dare say I will be shopping again with them .

Well I never knew that you could buy live fish online; yes you can, delivery is a little expensive, but you are being sent live fish and expect them to be cared for.

My fish arrived, well packaged, with ample oxygen for their journey, packed in a safe polystyrene box and hand delivered by the courier.

All the fish were transferred to our aquarium and are happily swimming around, what a good service provided.
