Received my order of live fish, they’re all top notch, excellent quality and service, well done guys, definitely buy again and a fantastic array to choose from 😃

AVOID this company. Ordered some trewavasae but they were not the right fish. Sent photos of their fish and a photo of a real trewavasae but they insisted that they were right. Bought some trewavasae from a different company and sent them photos. They finally agreed that they were wrong and said they would change the listing but they haven't. Paid more for these fish but didn't get them. They don't know what they are selling. Buy elsewhere!

Unlike other online fish delivery companies my fish arrived on time, as described , they arrived today

Was a bit worried blindly buying fish online but the transaction went smoothly even though I messed up my adress customer service was great and sorted it right away fish arrived by 1130 next day all fish were healthy and great quality the 2 channa I ordered were much better than I was expecting and I'll 💯 percent be using these guys again in the future really good shop

First time buying fish online so was a wee bit weary, but I had no reason to be. Ordered on Tuesday and delivered on Thursday. Fish were well packed, double bagged, easy to open. Fish all looked healthy, proper sizes as stated, correct amount delivered, two had went out of stock and reimbursed straight away, and they were great value. I won't need any more for a while now, both tanks well stocked now, but I would definitely recommend these guys and I will do more purchases when needed. ***** 5 stars from me

So easy to complete the online check out. Simple straight forward information and kept informed if progress.

On the day of delivery I was given a time slot which was great. The fish cam perfectly packed in air filled bags of water with polystyrene box and heat packs (it was -4 degrees the night if delivery and they arrived perfect temperature and happy.

All now acclimatesed in their new tanks.

You have a fantastic selection of tropical fish. I have a large, busy tank, so orders will be small.
The order arrived on time, well-packed.
Even for a small box, more than one heat pad would be good. For long distance.

I was surprised how easy and painless the online order was for getting live fish delivered, I am disabled and can't get out to get fish so thought "why not, give it a go"
Ordering easy, delivery on a set day easy, and to my suprise all fish arrived alive and still are. Only thing is no tracking details available so if you are like me you will worry if it's all legit but trust me it is. Extremely happy, grateful and would highly recommend this site. I will definitely use again.

I ordered five fish from these on Sunday night they came this morning fit and healthy will definitely be using them again

Waited a while to receive dead fish and 5 days later still no communication from this company despite statung 48 hours to get back to customers and I'm out of pocket.

Great Service.
Arrived beautifully packaged in insulated box in individual double bags. not had that with other companies.
All healthy .
One species was smaller than advertised price and u emailed and they responded and issued a small refund for each within hours.
Recommended and would have uploaded photos if I could.
