Great Service.
Arrived beautifully packaged in insulated box in individual double bags. not had that with other companies.
All healthy .
One species was smaller than advertised price and u emailed and they responded and issued a small refund for each within hours.
Recommended and would have uploaded photos if I could.

They are such an easy company to deal with, no problem with the quality of product or assistance.

Excellent communication and refreshing honesty from this company.
The fish arrived safe and well and we are very happy with them.

I was extremely impressed by the professionalism shown, my new white/golden mountain minnows were delivered swiftly after being delivered and had been packaged carefully whilst they were delivered to me, so well done on-line
aquatics. I would recommend anyone to acquire anything from yourselves.

Although unable to speak to them directly, they answered all my e-mails and chats promptly and were helpful. I bought a mix of 20 fish and shrimp, unfortunately 2 of the shrimp died in transit, they are very delicate creatures so i wasnt surprised. Reported the loss and promised an immediate refund for same.
I will certainly use Onlineaquaticstore again and on top of the excellent service they were at least 30% cheaper than my local shop.

Have over the past 3 years bought fish from this supplier, all died within a couple of months, purchased several more recently, and the fish they sold me were disease ridden and killed several of my other fish, resolution is non existence here poor staff and management, complete scammers, don't waste your money, as this place has cost people a lot of money in disease ridden fish. We didn't write this review about your service the review was watermarque Bridgwater Somerset, I would approach trustpilot in making this mistake

Received on time but two fish were dead on arrival and days later, I lost around half of the fish, my tank is well established so that is not the issue.

This was my first time ordering from this company and i am very impressed with the way my order was dealt the fish arrived well packaged and look fit and healthy.will definitely be staying with this company for all my future needs.many thanks

After ordering live shrimp on eBay (won’t be doing this again, lesson learned), I was very nervous ordering live animals online. I could never find any/enough female Endlers live bearers in my LFS’s, so I read some reviews for Online Aquatics store, they seemed very positive and so I decided to try them.
Ordering was easy and they let you know about delivery times, you get a dispatch notification the day before. The fish all arrived healthy and active and were extremely well packaged with a heat pad too.
Very happy fishkeeper. Will be using again!

Fish arrived in great condition after travelling in -5 weather , still warm and in clear water , they have all settled in really well , eating well from the first day .
What an amazing company to deal with , added to my order just before shipping and was no trouble .have recommended to everyone.

I had ordered 10 items from this store and they arrived all alive and well. There was great communication between me and the team and answered the questions I had. They did not have a fish in stock so I changed the fish and they were able to help me decide what fish would be fitting for my aquarium. The fish were nicely double bagged and the heat pads did a great job and were still warm by the time they were delivered. I 100% recommend this store and will be ordering again in the future.

Placed an order for 50 Normans Lamp Eye fish at 10.15. Email confirming dispatch arrived at 15.15 same day. Fish were delivered the next day at 10.20.
Fish were very well packaged and all arrived in perfect condition.
I have ordered fish online with other companies with mixed results, but this company I would recommend 100%. Prices for the fish are excellent, delivery costs are a lot cheaper than other companies I looked at, fish look very well cared for.

This is my first time ordering live fish online & I was surprised at how good the fish were. They were very well packaged & hardly stressed. They settled in straight away after 30 minutes of sitting in the bags before releasing into the tank. They have relaxed already on day one & are very healthy with a good appetite. Very pleased.
