Shocking customer service

Shocking customer service. Left a message with reception 5 times in 3 weeks and no contact was made to resolve the issue with my order. Apparently customer service department are never available. Item ordered had the correct packaging but a completely inferior product was inside the packaging. Their amazon shop should be shut down.

Sell fake merchandise

1 is two high a review for them, but that's all I've got.

They sell knock-off sony bluetooth wireless earbuds. I'm pretty sure they're in on the scam.

To be clear... THEY ARE COMMITTING CRIMES. I don't know how to be more clear than that.

Nobody sems to care

I ordered a CV Split boot via Amazon...after two months waiting never arrived Amazon refunded.
I ordered the same item by ebay from a California seller it never came, seller refunded me. I think Onogo use ship station service which is terrible.

If you are looking for accuracy spend a few pounds more with a local company. It will save you money in the long run

The speed square was advertised as a faithful product and I have always found the brand to be good quality but there was no name on or lable attached to it so that made me doubt.The 90 degree angle was not 90 degrees and neither edges were straight. They were both bowed. They had four and a half star rating on Amazon so I didn't look at all the reviews as I trusted the brand faithful and have paid the price. I was not prepared to throw good money after bad by paying postage to return it so it will hang in my workshop as a reminder to spend a few pound more to buy local where possible. Regarding this company I think it's in the name O NO GO.

AVOID ONOGO

I am not surprised to read the many negative reviews here, unfortunately my experience with Onogo (via Amazon) has also been terrible. They sent damaged goods (which were a gift and arrived on the day I was due to give them) and only offered me £10 back in compensation or a refund if I go out of my way to return. The gift cost me nearly £50 and I was unable to give it, the packaging was completely cracked/crushed, and look used. They blamed the delivery driver and showed no recognition that this driver is a representative of Onogo, delivering their goods to their customers. They also expressed dissatisfaction with the fact that I was upset, let down and inconvenienced, and their responses have been extremely unprofessional. I will never use them again and will be sure to advise all family, friends and colleagues to avoid at all costs. I can’t imagine they will be in business much longer on learning of their poor service to many.

Been using them for years. Always the cheapest and 2 day free delivery. Never a problem. Now i see you can only buy through Amazon. Hopefully they haven't sacked to many staff,

Resist making an Amazon purchase if the seller is Onogo USI placed an Amazon Prime order on Dec

I placed an Amazon Prime order on Dec. 29, 2022 for two products manufactured in the UK for which Onogo US was identified as the "seller." Mid-January, Onogo notified me that the merchandise was "on the way, but it's running late. Track your package for details." But Onogo provided no tracking number with either the Order Placed information or the Invoice information. On February 15, 2023, I filed a complaint with Onogo requesting a full refund for a purchase that was never delivered because, in the absence of a tracking number, it was really never sent by Onogo. The response from Onogo was a curt notice that I should track the delivery through the U.S. Postal Service -- ever try to do that with just the order ID? Today, February 16, 2023, I spent more than an hour with a very patient customer service associate with Amazon to get this matter resolved. I will be refunded the full amount of the purchase. Thank you, Amazon and its customer service department. As for the bad boys who own and run Onogo US, I think that they're way over their heads in an enterprise for which they are not well suited, considering the very large number of very angry reviews they manage to garner for themselves. Along with so many of those who registered complaints, I agree that Amazon needs to terminate its business association with Onogo. The company gives Amazon and the "real" sellers, mostly foreign I presume, a bad rap. Buyer beware: When next you purchase from Amazon, double check to be certain that the seller is NOT Onogo US. Do not order from them

Do not order from them. Almost 2 months and have still not received item. They gave some bogus tracking number. I am surprised Amazon deals with a company/person like this. Do better Amazon.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They have sent me the wrong item and the shipping cost to return it was astronomical and more than the item cost itself. I escalated the issue to Onogo to pay for the return shipping since they sent the wrong item, they were rude, condescending, and unprofessional. I wish I never bought anything from them and now I'm dealing with their inadequate customer service.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. Tried to cancel an order even though it was two weeks away from delivery. They would not cancel however I contacted Amazon customer service and they did cancel and return my money.
Amazon website states a Onogo US However this company is located in England. Not very honest advertising. Very rude customer service representatives. Avoid avoid avoid this company. Do other shoppers in favor and post a negative review if that was your experience on Amazon website. Not sure where they’re receiving the positive reviews

DO NOT buy from this “company.” The clothes are twice the size as normal sizes. Then they spend weeks trying to negotiate what refund they might give you. I spent $187 and WHEN they choose to respond, they offer amounts like $80 refund, you keep the clothes. This is the worst company and I am looking for a way to report them.

Bought some bike bits from their Amazon…

Bought some bike bits from their Amazon store, good price and next day delivery. When I found them online and ordered more stuff from them direct it turned out to be a nightmare. Nothing recieved or heard after 10 days so I emailed and and asked for a refund which they said they had done. Can't see why it takes milliseconds to take money fom your credit card and days or weeks to refund it. Order status only seems to have one word 'processing'. Still waiting for the refund several days later. They're more trouble than any saving on price is worth.

Ordered ‘Youth’ goggles via Amazon. When they arrived they were suitable for a toddler so clearly not for a youth. Got a returns label via Amazon and posted them back. Still waiting for the refund 3 weeks later, despite contacting them. Do not order from them.

Great service

This is the second time I have used Onogo, and my item (Lintbells 'Itchy Dog' supplement) came within 3 days of purchase, even although it was estimated to be up to 5 days. It was also a great price with free delivery-would use them again!

Awful

Awful! Do not trust! I ordered two Tommy Tippee medium flow teats with Onogo through Amazon thinking it would be a fast delivery. Delivery kept getting 'delayed' eventually, after about four weeks, product just never arrived. I emailed them through Amazon, no response. I went to view the product and it had been removed. If you're wondering, I just ended up going down to the pharmacy and getting the teats. My baby girl couldn't wait a month.
