Purchased a Wolf-garten moss removal…
Purchased a Wolf-garten moss removal rake on Amazon.ca. Onogo was the distributor. When my rake arrived I was surprised to see that it didn’t come with a handle. I went back on Amazon to see if it mentions the handle was not included. Nope.
I contacted Onogo and the reply I received was “ we did not advertise that this includes a handle.”
I was shocked to hear that. Why would they not mention “handle not included”. The handle is unique to Wolf-garten tools and is not available for purchase in Canada, leaving me with a useless tool. They were willing to refund my purchase cost but not pay for return shipping which would be roughly $20. I paid $50 for the rake head.

One of the worst online experiences…
One of the worst online experiences ever. I ordered a spray on plaster for my dog on the 25 June....I am still waiting to receive it. After I purchased it, I was told that the delivery date would be up until 8 July which of course really annoyed me, but I thought they are giving themselves a window and it would arrive before. Well I called to ask what is happening with the order, I got a very rude woman who said she was at the switchboard and will get someone to call back. Well that never happened. I sent an email to find where my product is - they returned with the same info I had been sent that it had been dispatched. I wrote another email and was told that they usually give 7-14 days delivery and there is no tracking. So now here we are 13 days after purchase and no goods. It is not even coming from China but Jersey which is an hours flight from my town. Useless and such a waste of time and money.
Speedy service
Ordered on 8 June and email said expected delivery of 15 June but actually arrived on 13 June. Very good service and item exactly as described. I will use Onogo again

The is the second time that I have bought from this company. First time was for 10 Stanley permanent marker pens in an offer. 2 pens arrived and Onogo tried to say that the offer was not valid hen that the pens were out of stock then that the price paid was for two. They eventually issued a full refund. This time I ordered a can of Brasso and a can of Silvo. They
arrived in inadequate packaging, crushed with virtually all the contents having leaked into the packaging which had been repackaged by La Poste to prevent contamination of other mail. I supplied photos of this mess to Onogo who have asked if I can use the products (which are soaked into the packaging) and an offer of a 25% refund. I have given one star because I can't give any less and their replies are always polite even if they are derisory.

Trying to report faulty goods
Recently ordered a bicycle inner tube which arrived faulty.
These things can happen, I know, however when i ring to report the issue, once I have listened to their recording and pressed the relevant extension number, the phone just goes dead. I have tried it 5 times today with same result.
I have also emailed twice without even an acknowledgement back.
Not very good customer service at the moment.

Bad experience for collecting parcel
I have just been to the Premier shop at 2 Charlton Boulevard, Bristol, BS34 tBN hoping to collect my parcel. After I showed the middle east man at the till the text I had received from Onogo he told me he needed a barcode from the text to scan, not the collection code on my text sent to me by Onogo. He didn't give my parcel. Then, I showed him the order information on my Ebay account. After reading it he told me to inform Onogo that my parcel will be returned to the sender for he couldn't find any barcode on my EBay account as well. After begging him, I showed him my driving licence and he then gave me my parcel without any barcode anymore for he saw there was a long queue of customers behind me. Actually, he didn't need any barcode for giving me my parcel ! I felt very sad and disappoited for the service of the Premier shop staff. But Onogo still use them. I am not sure if other customers have had such kind of bad experience with the shop staff when picking up their parcels . Maybe it was the Onogo's fault for they have forgotten to send me the barcode for collection my parcel. If so, it's not the Premier staff's fault. Maybe he has been kind to me? ! Who knows?

Ordered a Braun CCCR3 clean on January 27th, walmart were out but only for 2 days. I didn't receive the order from Amazon Ca until February 19th. Invoice #51475446, same price as Walmart also. Why would it take that long to be delivered?
