Ali at ONP was very helpful , any questions I had were answered immediately , when calling there it is very quick to get through to your case manager. We were on a short timescale and we completed ahead of schedule. The ONP app breaks everything up into segments and leads you through step by step. I found the experience to be far less painful than I thought. I would recommend their services. They liaised with my mortgage adviser ( who I would also recommend Cactus Mortgages) and the old mortgage supplier without personally having to chase. You are given a realistic time frame of how long each step takes. Our mortgage start to finish took less than 4 weeks.

The whole process was smooth and straightforward. Explanations were clear, logical and concise. Communication was timely and polite.

Nice, easy to use platform but terrible service from the solicitor, Glen. Often went 3-4 weeks without responding to numerous emails and calls. Provided an estimated completion date, then when it had passed, he took 3 weeks to provide any further update. Still no further along and no idea what's happening. Not sure how this level of service can be allowed to happen.

I deeply regret my decision to use ONP. I have experienced nothing but IT issues at their end and despite messages, emails and phone calls requesting support from my so called Senior Remortgage Conveyancer, I have had zero communication from her. This has been going on for nearly three weeks and its gone beyond a joke.

We had a great experience with ONP when using them for our house move. Coral in particular was absolutely brilliant — she helped us navigate a particularly more complex purchase with professionalism, patience, and efficiency. She was always incredibly helpful, responded to emails promptly, and dealt with any requests quickly and thoroughly, which made a huge difference to the process.
Her support and communication made what could have been a stressful experience much easier.
