Fell shot of expectations

Ordered Minday the 14th in the evening and order arrived Tuesday 22nd after chasing multiple times and being told at one stage it had been delivered. Was also asked if I still wanted my order. Expected better service even for a small order as items where In stock of the shelf items.

Items where required for the weekend and expected 4 days to be enough lead time for dispatch and delivery considering the amount for postage and it being DPD delivery

I understand that you were asked if you still wanted your order because payment was still showing to us as pending at the time, so we wanted to confirm this.

Let down by DPD but not open houses…

Let down by DPD but not open houses fault. Quick delivery exactly as described, some nice Xmas chocs and a mini Fak thrown in too. Will use again

Slow delivery, and slower customer service

Ordered some burns kits & spillage kits from the special offers section of the website, which seemed to suggest that everything we wanted was in stock. Paid by card and the order was processing.

After 7 days, we'd not received the order, nor had any updates, so emailed to ask about the status of the order. Had to chase a second time, as nobody bothered to reply to the first email.

The response finally came after the goods (9 days after ordering), simply saying that the goods were delivered that morning,

I'm sorry to hear that we fell short of our estimated delivery times on your order. As explained via email, there was a delay in the stock coming to us from the supplier, however I appreciate that you should have been notified of this sooner.

Please be assured that we never ignore customer emails; the team would have been working through prior messages in turn before reaching yours. I understand that you did not receive a swift response so we would always advise you to call us where possible if your enquiry is urgent.

Regarding the response, I can see that an update was sent first thing following your chase email. I can see that not only did Jo apologise for the delay, she also explained the reason for it and advised an exact delivery time.

I hope this has helped in clarifying the situation for you and apologise again for the delay on this occasion.

Amazing service as always

Amazing service as always. From point of sale, to delivery and receiving the products. I ordered the scram bag, large trauma backpack, bespoke pouches and 2018 range pouches. I was advised of all delays due to stock take and can’t fault the customer service team. Another one of many orders I have placed and they’re fantastic
