I use Optima Computers of 15 Sussex Ring, Woodside Park, London N12 7HX for my computer related support. I have found them responsive, prompt and knowledgable. My last problem was a week ago and they patiently trawled my system to find and rectify the issue.

Optima were great from start to finish. They talked me through the options for the wifi dead spots in the house, gave me a cost indication and then did a full site survey and then the actual job. Communication was excellent throughout, fast responses and Nick explained the whole process very clearly (I am not very technical !). The installation team were also great; quick, tidy and polite and most importantly of all this has solved a 2 year persistent problem which seemed unsolvable and which I have tried various "off the shelf" solutions for, to no avail. I would definitely recommend Optima !

I have used Optima for a number of years now to service and repair my home IT and even though there are now several repair firms nearer to where I live, I continue to use them because of the consistency and quality of service, and value they provide. I like the fact that turn round is quick and you are given a clear, user-focused explanation of the problems discovered and the options for resolution - including (as in this instance) the option not to proceed with what could have been an expensive repair to an ageing machine where replacement or alternative kit bought elsewhere provided the best outcome. It's great to know such a company is there for you when your tech lets you down.

Optima Computers has been a very friendly and professional Support Team to my business. I signed them on in 2018 and since then, they have been able to steady my computer issues. We have never had a single disruption since 2018 like we used to have before signing them on. Their Technicians are extremely friendly, courteous and very professional. Optima Team was very efficient, as always and boosted our internet signal in very short period of time. As usual, we call them to help us with all our equipment, and we can highly recommend their services.

The advice, service and aftercare was excellent. The only difficulties arise from me, the customer. I am no technie so things have to be explained to me slowly and carefully. Like most experts, Optima assume that customers know as much as they do, but this isn't the case. However, staff were very kind and patient and the results are great. I will get used to it in time!

Optima are a very professional and responsive IT company. The guys are always helpful and nothing is too complex for them. Have been using their services for around 15 years now and they have been brilliant.

As always, an excellent result. Tony fixed the problem online and I was up and running within the hour.
