I am a freelance sole trader and have used Optima for hosting and other web services for 3 years. I'm very happy with their service - reliable and responsive.

I have always used Optima Computers for my technical I.T. issues and have found them to be knowledgeable, efficient and well priced.
I have also just used them recently for my web design (September 2019), and I am absolutely thrilled with the results.
Konstantin was endlessly patient with my ongoing demands for tweaks and changes, and his suggested layout including colour scheme of my material, and ease and clarity of navigation through the site as it now stands was excellent. I would highly recommend this company for any of their I.T.services. Really superb customer service

Needed to update my desktop computer. Visited Optima as I have had dealings with them previously. Found them to be very knowledgeable and helpful. Recommended a system for me which I am very satisfied with. They set it up at my home and subsequent queries and problems have been dealt with quickly and efficiently.
Would certainly deal with them again for any future technology.

I found Nick at Optima to be very patient and happy to explain my options.
He was friendly yet professional in all of our dealings. They transferred all of my files to my new server and I left assured Optima would always be available to assist me in the future.
I ended up buying a recon HP 800 with One year warranty. All good!!

Optima Computers is a fantastic company - all the team are so friendly and helpful, especially for a complete dinosaur like me who has no idea about computers. I have been a customer of OPTIMA for many years and have always considered the service they provide as very good. I recently needed to replace an old desktop computer and asked OPTIMA for their advice and help. Not only did they afford me an excellent deal on a suitable replacement, they took away my old machine and, after one day, handed me the replacement, fully operational, with all my "old" data and suitable programs installed. They followed by helping me, free of charge, understand all the workings of the new machine and adjusting various settings. I am really pleased that I decided to buy from OPTIMA as their service is excellent, fast, inexpensive and friendly.

Took an (oldish) tower PC in for an overhaul. Service was excellent, communication from Nick was good throughout and I definitely felt they were only changing/adding what was necessary. Would definitely recommend and/or return in future.

Kim Gentle-King of Optima Computers migrated us over to Office 365 without any problem and happily guided us through the setup.

Optima computers, and especially Konstantin Prohorov the website lead, updated my website in an effective and speedy manner, and at a very reasonable cost. Communications were instant, and a Training included in the package. I recommend them highly.
