I ordered a photoframe and a photoalbum for my friends' wedding anniversary. I was quite pleased with the quality and the rate charged for the service. Definitely will come soon to the platform and cheers for the quality product!

Passed the estimated delivery date but no way to contact to ask about the situation. No change on the order status. Even though they missed the delivery date, the order status is "Order Dispatched" for like a forever. I've sent them emails twice to figure out when I can get my item as I bought it as a gift. No response and no follow up at all. Even the way to find how to contact with them was horrible (Do they intend to hide the communication channel? I mean, seriously? huh) What a shady and scam business. Can't be worse.

I had some complaints regarding the product I received. When I wrote in to them, they replied within 24 hours with a solution. I must say, they really do take customer satisfaction seriously and if you’re gonna order invitations or any other print stuff online, go for Optimalprint Sg !!

I am very satisfied with my order. Ordered the cards for my corporate event. The print quality are high and there is a good variety to choose from . I received my order with in a week. Highly recommended to everyone, no regrets!

I used this company as my daughter lives in Singapore and the book was printed there. Once I got the hang of the layout and how to make changes, it was a straightforward experience and the delivery was really quick. Book looks lovely. You need 30 pages minimum- I only wanted 20 in mine so had to scrabble to fill it. Maybe a smaller content could be possible? I’d certainly use Optimalprint again.

Besides the wide range and affordability of the products, I also received stellar customer support when my order was less than satisfactory (due to limitations on my end). I was offered a reprint at no additional cost, and the products were perfect the second round. I can vouch for their customer satisfaction policy, and highly recommend their services.

ordered twice with them, customer service is ok. the first time, my poster came but print quality was faded. they offered the reprint but it was the same.

2nd time, i ordered and the print quality was okay but the delivery time was longer than what is stated on the website. Expect it to take a week.

The package was delivered well-wrapped and well-handled and the website was very easy to navigate through. However, there was no contact information - phone number or email - that I could contact regarding any queries I had about the product. The delivery date was slightly misleading as it had said it would be delivered within 2-3 days on the main page as I was making the photobook, however on the checkout page, it said more than a week. Overall, lovely concept and lovely website :)

I was so worried with initial delivery date which won't make it to the farewell gift of my friend.
However, it arrived much earlier that i was able to give it to my friend. She loved it. I really appreciate your effort.

Also product were beatifully done.
Exactlly like the design ordered and print was clear and vivid.

I think, i will order it again. Next time i will order it earlier.

Unbelievable fast and good services provided. Firstly. you must providing the good resolution file photos and the quality of the photos will turned out very good and satisfied sharp. And with the 50% discount, the price become more affordable to give it a try!

Ordered 2 printed mugs, the colour of the mockup and the actual product is very different (mockup was pink but actual product is orange). Pink to orange is quite far so very disappointed with the printing (the other one was blue but the printing was also different colour).

The cause is that the colour tone that I chose was too dark (printed as the lighter tone of the dark colour)

Order was reprinted and looks very good, thanks for the good customer service

Very quick turnover... Ordered on Thursday night, received on Sunday and Monday. They split my order into 2 as I ordered quite a few. Aluminium frames are nice and prints are quite good quality. Bought at 50% sale. Worth it! 👍🏽
