The printing i received on canvas is very faded. I was honestly very disappointed, i am honestly thinking to turn my digital print into a business but the printing is just too faded.

The two photobooks I ordered a month ago have not arrived yet. I thought it was printed in Singapore, but it has been stopped by mail from Frankfurt. I didn't make it in time for a farewell gift for my dear friends. It's a pity that I wasted my time and effort. where is the photobook? I track daily, but it doesn't update.

Experience with optimal print was excellent, received our gold frames & digital art print within a few days of placing order! And they look gorgeous!

The photo book was meant to be an anniversary gift.
Expected delivery date was 24-26.01 according to optimal print.
According to DHL tracking on 26.01 it was only departing Frankfurt (to go to Singapore).
My anniversary surprised is ruined and I am very disappointed.

The delivery is taking longer like hell. When tried to buy it, it was stated the item will be delivered from singapore. Until now the item in Germany

Great quality printing, fast delivery, responsive customer service. Very pleased with my calendar. However, online design tool is a bit glitchy, requires some patience!

I've recently print a canvas, a poster and a photobook. I am satisfied with the quality of the print. It would be great if more features can be allowed in the software used to create the photobook, like inserting stickers, or inserting and positioning text on the photos. What I like about this company is that the annual subscription includes unlimited free shipping, which really helps save money! Delivery was fast too!

very disappointed with the Canvas received today, the colour of the photo printed on the canvas is very faded off, very bad printing, wont recommend anyone to do any printing from them, wasted money and yet cant display your photo canvas at home due to the extreme bad printing.

Great experience. Created customer Holiday Cards using their website - easy to use, logical. Cards came in a few days. Very high quality printing on heavy stock (I upgraded to glossy finish). Envelopes were also good quality. Will use them next year.

Received photo album a bit than normal schedule day. Quality is good. My family liked it.
* Print and paper quality is good and compact
* May need to improve the response time when designing the album
* May provide plastic cover like book cover to protect the album.
* After selection of photos application can provide template to render automate instead of single photo on each page.

Painful experience. Made my orders 1+ week in advance and expected a delivery as they have indicated within Singapore to be 2-5 business days. Worst mistake ever. Item status was stated as delivered but did not reflect at the delivery vendor. Upon daily check in (due to urgency and importance of the items), they were not able to provide any assistance or support to help w the push for an update, insisting to wait until the deadline was missed. So here i am, with a missed deadline and nothing on hand. and I receive a system operated reply to wait again. if that was the case, please do not indicate inaccurate lead times to mislead consumers. To think i even wanted to sign up for a Plus membership if the experience was good. Alerting all future consumers, i hope you have a better experience than me and take a risk that is worth your while.
