Excellent quality, quick service. Photos look great in the book. Creates a nice memory

Customer service is excellent! I purchased a total of 3 prints with frames, 2 wooden and one aluminum and their quality is really good. The only problem I had was that the print (even though very good quality) it is printed on a thick paper that you might accidentally crease when unwrapping them, which can be visually not so nice with the crease when the light reflects.

I ordered a photobook of about 2 pages, and realised that I had unwittingly entered the wrong year on the cover page. When I contacted Optimal Print, the agent very kindly and promptly guided me to correct the error, and ensured that the error was rectified. He also emphasised to me that I acted in a timely fashion, and the book had not been printed yet, so the mistake could be rectified.
Subsequently, I received the photobook, and was pleased with the quality. However, as it was a 200-page book, the middle pages of the book were tearing away shortly after I received it. I communicated with another Optimal Print agent, and he again very kindly processed a reorder of the book to make up for the tearing, and took note of my feedback about the binding for a book of that many pages.

The agents of Optimal Print are professional and helpful, and make the experience of using the services of Optimal Print enjoyable and smooth-sailing. They also honour the commitment made by Optimal Print to deliver quality products and services.

Easy for an oldie! I will be making another book soon

The print quality very bad. The face blur and text too. I upload layout and image in high-res for print purposes but how come result in bad quality print? Are they use fast mode print and no check? Color also some pages also no standards. Color fade and dull. Understand is bright but print untill green become light green. I refer back to my layout. My layout so contrast color!

I did a 300+ photos in your photobook software within 1 hr.. uploading was fast and I did found any issues accept that certain photos cannot be compressed making the photo looking incomplete as the body -> feet might need cropping... other that that it's ok! Fast delivery and photo book turned out great!

Disappointed that the unavailability of the white frame was not mentioned at the point of purchase. Only after payment was I informed, and leaving me with no choice but to accept the black frame which does not go well with the print I have ordered at the same time.

Update (12 April)
The customer service department has since reached out to me and arranged for a refund for the frame. Their level of promptness to customer service is highly appreciated.

Super fast delivery! Pleased to receive photobook within 1 week from ordering!

We printed out our wedding photos into 3x posters 50 x 70 cm. The quality of the photos were poor and not up to my expectations. The frames were flimsy as well and hard to install. We got it on a 50% sale so I guess I cant complain that much, but definitely not worth at full pricing.
