Used Optimal for sale of a house, from the very start the nominated case handler was exceptionally knowledgeable about the idiosyncrasies involved in this particular sale and was helping the buyers solicitor to speed up the process, as they could only be described as woeful.
The stress involved in selling was made that more easy.

I have used Optimal on 4 occasions for house sale and purchases and always found their fees to be very good and the service outstanding with updating and being kept informed of matters along the way and they have always gone smoothly.
I would have marked them 5* except on this occasion I found responses to my emails too slow, sometimes a week and other times having to chase again, even an acknowledgement that someone would get back to me would have been better than no response. But other than that, a good service.

Thank you for the reply, it was a really good service and would use again, it was purely a comparison to your other converyancers I had used before as for why I marked down slightly.
