Very speedy and efficient delivery. Old machine taken away and new one plumbed in, without any mess.

Sales help on phone was fab.
Didn't receive receipt via email. Chased twice and did receive via email and post.
Installers asked if they shld wear a mask when arrived, which was disappointing, as of course they should in lockdown.
Washing machine great, very pleased.
Would use Optimum again, yes, and have done previously too.

I have used Optimum several times before and cannot recommend them enough. Their advice is always honest and the service excellent. On the last occasion, I had a problem relating to an old ‘fridge/ freezer and fitting a replacement one in an existing fitted kitchen. Mel was excellent! He researched the correct split for the model and offered suitable matches for the replacement. He gave us price ranges and availability timescales. Proper customer satisfaction.

From ordering to fitting everything was perfect

From the date of my order Optimum consistently kept me informed of the delivery date to them. The 2 men who delivered the American fridge/freezer were most helpful and diligent regarding getting the item into the house without any damage to furniture, property or the fridge freezer. They took away all the rubbish. Excellent service from beginning to end.

The shop was well laid out and plenty of appliances on display. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful with choosing our appliances and sourcing the best deals for us. Good communication and outstanding service from the delivery drivers.

Helpful advice when choosing a new upright freezer which we needed quickly as ours was failing. Very helpful in getting one quickly delivered and couldn't have asked for more helpful delivery guys. Price was competitive too.

Ordered a replacement neff microwave oven a 12 week lead time was given
(Not the fault of Optimum) but arrived after half that time. Final delivery and installation were all on time as promised.Staff were all helpful and efficient

Just as lockdown ends is not an ideal time for your cooker to give up but the staff in the showroom were extremely helpful in sourcing a cooker that could be delivered within 48 hours.

The guys were fantastic considering it was pouring with rain. They were cheerful and soon installed the new cooker.

Im terrible with technology myself so i found it difficult to fill in applications. But with many phones calls and lots patience i take my hat off to Leigh anne rutter. Wonderful women. Knows her job. And very patient. So thank Leigh anne & optimum pay :)
