I had to wait weeks and weeks. And then I got a message "Goods are delivered". But.... I haven't seen nothing, while the whole day I was at home. I am very dissapointed.

Spent lockdown with no kitchen as work had to stop and then the fridge freezer died! Called Optimum who I have bought from previously, they researched which freezer would fit my non-existent cupboard for me, found one in stock and arranged delivery over the Bank Holiday weekend. Very safe, covid-aware delivery which arrived exactly when they said it would and at an extremely competitive price. Thank you so much to Optimum team, great service. Would highly recommend!!

Service was excellent, helpful and friendly staff from initial phone call right through to delivery, and even when we swapped an item through their no quibble Guarantee. Reasonable competitive prices will continue to use them in future and look forward to visiting their showroom when current restrictions are lifted

The freezer was delivered quickly, and placed just where I wanted it. Delivery men very helpful, and took away old freezer. Good advice given over the phone. I am very pleased with all aspects of this purchase.

The service was from Optimum was excellent but sadly the Bloomberg washing machine leaks, we could not get through by phone and no one has answered our email when we tried Bloomberg themselves.we are not satisfied with the product and difficulties contacting Bloomberg.we have only had it a matter of days.

The staff in the shop were very helpful while I was deciding on which fridge/ freezer and range cooker I wanted. I had to defer delivery as my kitchen wasn’t ready and there was no problem with this. My order was delivered on the day I requested and after sales service has been excellent.

Optimum are fantastic! I have bought from them on two separate occasions and would definitely buy from them again. From buying to delivery they make it a painless experience!

Optimum were very helpful and knowledgeable about the products we wanted and price matched my internet search. When we went to order one product had been discontinued and replaced with a more expensive model. It was not the same staff member and unfortunately was not quite as helpful and would not budge on a further very small discount although we had spent over £4k.
I would, however, recommend them for their service and flexibility on delivery.

Got the machine I wanted when I wanted it and for a better price than online retailers and delivered by a great pair of lads.
