Delivery on time

Delivery on time, and the two men who delivered were polite and funny and cleaned the floor before putting the new fridge in place brilliant couldn't ask for more

5 stars for an excellent local company

5 stars for an excellent local company! I can't fault Optimum. Their team is friendly, responsive and always easy to deal with. I have used them for a number of my renovation projects and they are always the best price and deliver quickly. Will continue using and recommending!

Optimum southwick

Optimum were helpful, informed and competitively priced. Ordering and delivery went without a hitch and one minor issue with a product was put right very quickly and without question.

Excellent Service, before, during and after sale.

I initially visited Optimum to ask about a repair to an integrated washing machine. They recommended an independent engineer as they didn't service the brand, but it was uneconomical to repair. Optimum then visited before I made the purchase to check measurements and also address my concerns about the fitted cabinets.
Following purchase, their install service was excellent, but struggled to get the cabinet door fitting to line up again afterwards. It took a while, but they persevered and eventually got it right. It was all handled very professionally and in good humour.
I have no hesitation in recommending them.
