I recommend Optimum and would definitely use them again - however I am not over pleased with the Blomberg washing machine which may be very ecologically friendly and is nice & quiet but seems to spend an awful lot of time thinking & simply does not produce nearly as good results as my previous machines.

Sales staff friendly and helpful. Delivery came when promised and delivery guys also friendly and helpful.

Always a good experience, we have tried to support local business and there is no compromise when given the quality of service in delivering, installation and the good people.

We have used Optimum sales several times over the last few years for kitchen appliances, and have just taken delivery of a new dishwasher. We have always found their Haywards Heath showroom well stocked, and the staff very knowledgeable and helpful. The deliveries have also been on time, and the installation well carried out. We would have no hesitation in using them for any future purchase.

The optimum upload and down load speeds are disgusting. I pay $90.00 a month for garbage. Less than 5 Mps. Go were you can, but avoid optimum.

We dealt with Toby throughout our interaction with Optimum. We found him to be extremely helpful, open and honest. We bought hob, oven, combi microwave and fridge and have been delighted with our purchases. He even came and installed them himself and spent a lot of time getting everything right. We cannot recommend highly enough. It's good to shop locally, even better when the quality is high as well.
