This company is a scam. After three weeks my order has not been sent. I've tried to contact "Hugo" several times but all I've gotten is a "Hello" then total silence.

Ordered some items at the 25th of december 2021.
On the same date I was informed that 1 of more items were out of stock, and got the message "This may cause a slight delay in your delivery".
At the 27th december I was informed that my order was "in progress". And that was the last I heard from them (of him?).
I sent an e-mail two days ago, but no reaction so far.
Update: immidiately after opening a dispute through paypal, the seller responded and gave me a tracking link. Still a downer that apparently the dispute action was needed to get the seller to respond.

I bought a printer in 2018 from Hugo and everything went well.
Last November I did an second order for a Prusa steel XL. At first it was a good contact and Hugo called a few times to make me an offer for it, but after I agreed and payed the money it is not possible to get contact with him. The printer has not arrived until now, although he received the money. It's sad but I think I won't get the offered printer. So I just can help others by telling you to avoid this seller!

I rank Orballo less than one star. I had additional parts needed, was led along for a couple of months. I spent about $150.00 Never received my order. So far they have not responded to my requests.

I placed a first order on 2018-01-23 and everything went well. I received everything I ordered and the material was excellent. On 2021-10-04 I placed a new order, relying on the excellent previous experience, but until today, 2022-01-12, I have not received it. Although I contacted the store several times and was told they would ship it, I never received it. The name of the person who answers, on behalf of the store, is Hugo, but it can be true or false. Payment is made by bank transfer, which does not allow a refund in case of fraud. Although my experience was once excellent, this second experience of mine was a huge disappointment and a loss.

Update (06/02/2022):
Finally, after several months of waiting, I received my order. Communication was never completely lost. To the several emails I sent, Hugo (?) replied, who, several times, apologized for the huge delay, assuring me that shipping would be done "within a week". I even received a tracking number that didn't work, but the following week, he sent me another one, this time for real.
So, I already have my order and Hugo is still available to help me, which I appreciate. However, this second experience was stressful, something that saddens me deeply, because whoever is on the other side always tried to be helpful, despite this unusual delay.

I have ordered and paid my product back in October. Although I have been in touch, and got promised that it was shipped, I never received anything. A tracking code was promised, but never received. If the product arrives, happy to change the remark, but so far, I have to stick to the fact that I paid a lot of money, but did not receive anything. So, I see this as a warning.

Ordered stuff around april this year, forgot about the order and nothing arrived. Wrote an email a few days ago and got instant answer via email, he shipped the parts next day and i received anything today. Seller told me that there was a bug in the online shop, so crazy story but finally anything is fine :) Ordered now again, and my order was successfully processed.

Regarding support, I can only say good things. Very quick to respond and help.
I'm glad I bought in this store. I will do it again for sure.

Scammer! Does not send order and does not reply. Had to do a PayPal chargeback to get my money back. Stay away!

Just a warning about Orballo Printing. For me the shop appears to be highly unreliable if not complete scam. I orderd some parts there to rebuild my printer. After a long waiting time, with a few 'fake' traking links that werent proceeding over time (I asumed because of Corona), nothing was shipped (I live in germany). Emails to Mr Fernandez were rarely replied and besides a "sorry and I will take care of it, btw. do you want to add those srews to your current non shipped order" nothing came around. Long story short: I didn't receive any part till now (odered November 2020). Propably you will also see my comment below other videos advertising Orballo, because he really pissed me off and I dont want others to fall in this trap and spending money on this. Apparently I'm not the only one if you google around.
I highly advise to shop at more trusworthy websites and spend your money there!

I have mixed feelings about this eshop. It took a long time to receive my order (5 months), lots of miscommunication and long periods of silence from their part, I felt I was scammed at some point, but in the end, everything arrived intact and as ordered. I'd consider this to be an exception, but other reviewers have faced the same difficulties. Nevertheless, they delivered, so here's 4 stars.

Good quality frame, friendly but slow support/communication. Fast to respond to live chat messages on website pre-sales but little to no response after payment is made.

I placed my first order, that was shipped within a week but never left the country of origin (Spain) due to missing paperwork, it was returned to sender. I never got a refund for the hefty shipping costs of my first order, I gave Hugo a second chance and placed a second order after quite a bit of time discussing the shipping cost of the first order. Luckily the second order arrived, this was over 2 months of waiting.

I never got a full refund for the first order as his excuse was TNT didn't refund him the shipping cost so he wouldn't refund me the shipping cost, which is bad as every company I've dealt with online including eBay always refund the shipping costs if the item never arrives.

The 3 star rating is for the quality of the frame, but I will not put this as a 4 or 5 star rating due to the problems above

Ordered items that never shipped, asked for a refund and was ignored, opened paypal case and seller ignored paypal's request to comment on the situation - after which I got my refund.

If you look up some recent reviews on this you'll also see a similar pattern of same behavior reported on reddit etc.

Maybe this shop was good sometimes in the past, but that's definitely not the case now.

If you still insist on buying from this shop make sure to use paypal as payment method, otherwise getting your money back after you don't get the product may be more difficult.

I have Orballo I3 Steel and want to upgrade Z axis from 5mm treated rod to 8mm lead screw. In few emails support sent me STLs and everything else that I need.

Very bad experience with this shop.
I placed an order for 3 PLA filaments, paid using Visa, never received my goods, never received a refund.
I have all email, and whatsapp conversations with this seller, contacted his bank with all proofs and will
file a complaint.

My advice : Never buy from Orballo Printing.

Fast delivery and very good products, would buy again!
