Received my Tatara steel frame seven days after ordering. Very pleased with the delivery to UK and the quality of the parts. The stiffness and weight are extraordinary.

Highly recommended. Likely, I'll be ordering another Tatara within the next 2/3 months.

I broken my printer 5 days ago. I decided to place a new order and give one more chance to Orballo. In 2 days , with covid crisis running , I have my order at home. I strongly recommend them now.

I placed my order on Dec, 27th 2019 and I got my items about March 1st 2020. Although there has been much delay , service is good.

In May of this year I ordered a black edition printer. It took more than one month for it to be delivered. The printer I received contained some ill-printed 3d printed parts which, at the time when I am writing these lines, they have not yet replaced although they said they would do so.
There were no mounting instructions in the box. The model had evolved and the on line instructions were matching the old version. 6 months later, the instructions are still not up to date.
For all these reasons I would not recommend Orballoprinting, although their still drame is good qualité.

Ordered Bear Prusa upgrade almost a month ago - nothing received despite numerous promises for 3 weeks. Finally, after opening a despute via Paypal and writing poor reviews, received the kit. Of course it was missing parts, so the whole experience has been negative so far. Dissapointing.

June 25th ordered new magnetic print bed + spring steel sheet for my Prusa i3

print bed arrived OK July 2nd BUT NO SPRING STEEL SHEET
so print bed is useless

have tried multiple times and ways to contact them to no avail
clearly they're not interested.
Now trying for a full refund a via my Credit Card

Orballo got in touch with me today. They promise sending me parts worth the missing 100€. Will update my review as soon as the parcel arrives.

ORIGINAL REVIEW:
I ordered parts for about 350€ back in april, I waited over one week for them to get in contact with. After that week I tried it with e-mail. No response. Then I got in contact via Facebook-Chat and was informed, that one part (the most expensive one for over 100€) of my order is not in stock and therefore my order was not shipped yet. I was so angry at this moment that I wanted to cancel my whole order. They told me that they can get the part the same day and will ship the same day everything together. I was dumb - I agreed. They really shipped same day - 3 days later my parcel arrived and guess what? That one part was missing. They LIED to me!
Then I was trying to get my money back and after a lot of discussions (again - Facebook-Chat) I agreed for ordering OTHER parts worth around 100€. I did so by the begin of october - even got in contact with the owner in their site-chat and he agreed its ok. So what to say... Another 2 weeks passed - still no shipping - still no information - I think I got scammed. I may only warn all other people - do yourself a favor and DO NOT ORDER AT THIS SHOP!

On the 9th of July I ordered a spring steel sheet. I got a order confirmation the same day. When I hadn't received my order after two weeks I sent an email to Orballo asking what was going on. Two weeks after that they answered and said that there was a delay, but not for how long.
After two more emails that were never replied to I tried to get some answers in their chat. The answer was that they were going to send it to me the following week. A week passed and the answer was yet again that they were going to send it to me the following week, and so on...
After saying that I deserved some compensation I got 35 euros off on a MK52 heatbed. I made that order on 23rd of August.
Every week I checked up on my orders on their chat and the answer was always the same; "Next week", until the 13th of September, when my orders were finally shipped.

The spring steel sheet that i ordered is okay. A bit thinner than the original Prusa sheet, but will hopefully work okay.
The MK52 heatbed was i little bit warped, but that straightens out when it's mounted on the y carriage. It seems to heat up to demanded temperature in a reasonable time. It was extremely dirty with something black and soot like. The magnets are glued on with black silicone which doesn't work very well as glue, so the magnets come off very easily, so I had to remove all the magnets, scrape off all the silicone and glue the magnets back on with real glue. Honestly, you are probably better off buying a cheaper MK52 from China.

Believe me when I say that I will NEVER EVER buy anything from Orballo Printing again.

I've bought a frame kit, bed and PEI from these guys and everything was spot on. A year later and the printer I built using the parts has over 600 hours service and no issues related to the parts I bought. They always respond quickly on the web chat and are happy to help.

From their website i was under the impression that they sold high quality, premium equipment. I was so wrong! Here's the list:

Missing parts (paid for MK42 heatbed with accessories) no PEI sheet, no bed standoffs

Smooth rods - awful quality, poor surface finish, scratches and gouges. Will go in the bin as scrap, otherwise they would wear out my bearings in no time.

Hardware kit for p3 steel frame, not even enough screws to build it despite the high price which i paid for convenience.

Burrs and tags from laser cutting on the p3 steel frame. had to file them off, ruining the powder coat, and cut my arm on a sharp one, very dangerous.

P3 steel frame listed as being compatible with my printer, its not! having to print new X axis parts because the distance between the lead screws and smooth rods is totally different.

and to top it all off, it was 3 weeks late.

Incompetent scammers selling low quality parts with prices and descriptions that make you think you're buying the best. You will have much better luck buying from China on Alibaba. I 100% do not recommend. Avoid at all costs.

I got a so bad experience with them, orderd material for a 157,71 € till now I'm waiting for it!
Each time i ask them about, by chat, one told me tomorrow we will send your order. ;-)
Absolutly not serious!

Orballo did not ship the package. I asked what was going on. Initially they answered 'they were going to get back to me ASAP'. After 2 days without answer I asked for a new status. I got no reply. A couple of unanswered emails later I asked a refund, to which I got a reply that they were going to send the package tomorrow. Follow-up emails remained un-answered.

The package was finally shipped on 05/07 (Over 2 weeks after receiving the tracking number).

When I received the package, print quality of the printed parts was decent, not good (lot's of stringing), and the PINDA probe was a generic Chinese probe. Not the 'original Pinda2' I wanted and was willing to pay 17€ for.

Stay away from them. The quality of the parts is decent but definately not the best, the description of the parts on the website is deceiving, and the communication is just awfull. If they had just communicated openly instead of ignoring me and lying, I would have let the 2 weeks delay pass. It's the communication that's the worst part of the experience and the main reason I write this review.

Got the P3Steel frame, i've got basicly all parts and upgrades you could think of when it comes to i3 printers .. Hands down the best upgrade i've done so far .. Value for money is awesome and the frame is built like a tank :)

All totally perfect, my order was received in 24 hours (PINDA sensor). And when I was installing it on my printer i was eating the HARIBO BEARS candy that they sent me too as gift in the order. Nice people, i recommend 120%.

I received my order after exactly three weeks, but I expected it because I read all the reviews online before buying. The frame needs to be polished in some places so that everything fits perfectly, but the quality is good. I have also bought the MK42 heatbed and it is really great, I can compare it to the original one on my Prusa i3 MK3. Easy to assemble following the guide and support helpful.

Horrible. Ordered items that they do not even manufacture. A couple brass inserts, and two print fans. Placed order December 9th, asked 2 days later when my order would ship, was told that week. Now it’s December 27th, numerous emails & messages on their site, no response, no tracking, no products. Filed a claim with PayPal, still no word from them about the claim. Very unprofessional, don’t not waste your time or money with this horribly run company.
