Very fast shipping to Germany, very friendly and flexible chat contact, good prices. To go sure for availability, I recommend asking directly in the chat room, if items are in stock, the shop seems not to be always perfectly up to date. On the other side they may have things in stock, which are not listed on their website, so asking is always a good idea, the answers always came immediately. Thank you and best wishes from Germany

Good quality Frame, fast delivery...

If this review was just for the product there would be 5 stars at the top of this. It is incredible. I am an electronics engineer whose job includes building test rigs with probes accurate to 50 thousanths of an inch. I therefore know a thing about small structures. My prusa i3 has had problems with stability from the start as the screw rod frame was slightly out and broke the wooden componets. That will not happen with this frame. close tolerances on the cutting mean it fits together perfectly, the accessories pack comes with nylock nuts so once in place they will not come undone with vibrations. once together the frame is perfectly true, sturdy and has a nice weight to it so no more printer 'Walking' across the desk. The reason for dropping the star is that I also had real problems getting the item shipped, this was initially not a problem for me as I had ordred other parts from China and they take ages to arrive, however once all the bits were in, I eventually upgraded from the bare steel to the painted black version as these were in stock and ready to go.

Conclusion: The frame is excellent and good value, just check with Orballo what is in stock before you order and check it can be dispatched that day.

I've had a good experience for the second time now, both times the seller contacted me personally to resolve any questions. For example, my most recent order was the MK52 heated bed (which works really well!) and I had decided to add a spool of PLA for the same shipping cost. The seller contacted me because the particular color was not in stock and offered to swap for another color for faster shipping.
For people who want to build their own high quality printer I can recommend getting the P3Steel.

Ordered a frame on the 3rd of January.
After a lot of messages (Facebook, What's app, Online chat), they finally sent the package on the 31st of January.
Then the custom invoice was bad and after a lot of messages (Facebook, What's app, Online chat) and calls, order is finally released on the 10th of February.
I received it on the 13rd of February.
I noticed that a panel was missing on the frame and asked Orballo to send it.
I sent reminder all days until the 26th of June. They told me that the package will be deposit in post office.
Again, I sent reminder all days (without any reply).
Today we're the 3rd of August and I still wait......
Honnestly, pay more and don't lose your time with this mess.

Takes your money, then sends nothing. Should be locked up for theft...

I give 2 stars because the merchant is friendly and the printer actually works at the end. However, the whole transaction was extremely unprofessional and unsatisfying. If I knew at the beginning it would take almost three months to get a working printer for the price, I would not have ordered.

I ordered a complete printer kit for a Bear MK3S. The printer kit arrived with missing parts a bit more than one month after my order with multiple "intermediate" shipping dates. But only after I contacted the credit card company to return my money and creating pressure. The missing parts, that I reported the same day as the arrival of the printer kit, arrived 7 weeks after that, with even more earlier promised shipping dates. Again, I threatened to buy the missing components elsewhere and transfer less money. I also had to adapt some parts for the assembly.
I had the following problems with the printer kit, not listing missing screws and printed parts:
heatbed cable shoe too small -> cover does not fit (cable clamp section of shoe is not flush with rear edge of heatbed)
lcd contract potentiometer in the way of the mount -> had to attach wires and hot-glue it nearby
lcd encoder too long -> had to saw off
lcd not working -> had to troubleshoot alone, adding resistor between vcc and contrast pin of LCD was the solution
Some smooth rods too long -> had to grind down
wrong usb cable
z axis motor cable too short / extension missing
PSU without power panic
PSU less power than original (200 W vs 240 W)

Do not trust this company at all, please believe these reviews, stay safe spend your money elsewhere. The company well it just one person, will string you along calming products are in stock and will ship soon, as soon as you escalate to a PayPal claim they invent fake tracking information to drag the PayPal claim out longer, this is possible the worst buying experience I have had online since the 1990's.

An order I placed back in January has yet to ship. Last update was a bogus tracking number seller provided two weeks ago.

I ordered PLA in Orballo Printing. First I had a problem with the transaction, but they solved the problem quickly and I get the product correctly.

The steel parts are well packaged and complete, but everything else is bad.
- the steel parts have scratches on them (not just surface scratches, rather deep ones)
- I was charged twice for an item even though I only received one, and was never refunded, even after contacting support via phone multiple times
- the "Rods kit XL" I ordered was missing the lead screws promised in the product description of the website. They were simply not included, and support explained to me that they didn't include them because they thought I didn't need them. This is extremely disappointing as I paid for them and expected to receive them as described on the website

In general, it was very hard to reach customer support, they only ever answered the support phone-number sometimes, and never replied to any of my emails.

I'm lucky to have some missing spare parts and to be able to turn the scratched metal pieces in such a way that the scratched side doesn't show when looking at the printer from in front, so I end up with a super stable good looking printer, but I would never order from Orballo again unless I found no other supplier for p3steel parts.

Fantastic customer service. very fast service. I found the spare parts I needed to make my 3d printer look like new.

Fast shipping and good response from support. I bought Prusa steel frame at Orballo printing and using it for some months now. I can say that this was great upgrade to my wood frame.

Orballo is not just an online store, it is much more. Close, pleasant, personalized treatment. I've had an Orballo P3Steel V4 since early 2018, and I'm still enjoying it. The shipments are fast and without problems, and the material of first quality.
Hugo is always ready for any questions and help where he can.

Ordered a powder coated steel frame on the 6th of March, had it in my hands in the UK on the 12th! Couldn't ask for more as far as logistics go. As for the quality of the frame, it's bang on perfect. I've found no burrs or ragged edges and the powder coating looks great; can't feel any flex in the large sections which is so much better than the stock alu Prusa frame. I'll definitely be using Orballo again.

Excellents products and customer service. I have bought a steel structure for my Anet A8 and it's awesome.
