Placed an order and paid for it in full, after two weeks I had to start chasing them up, only to find one person being in contact with me, not only did that person come up with excuses every single time, but I am still to receive confirmation about my order. Not only is this highly unprofessional, but it boarders on fraudulent. I cannot recommend this store to anyone in fact I will recommend anyone that asks me about it to avoid them as far as possible. It seems they follow this trait constantly.

My order for the P3Steel frame took two frigging months! When asking them questions about the product before ordering, Hugo from chat support (afaik the only guy running that business) told me I should send an email to them. I did so, waited 2 days, asked him again via chat. He said he will do it tomorrow. Tomorrow, still nothing. I asked him again, he said this evening. This evening, still nothing. The email to my simple questions came the next day, not even answering all my questions.
Then I ordered. The products were in stock and it said it would take 3-4 days. I waited 1 month, asked in chat whats up, and he said there were some problems with the black coated frames and he told me it would be shipped next week. 2 weeks over, I kinda wanted to dispute the PayPal payment already, but I really wanted the frame for my Anet A8.
The P3Steel finally arrived after 2 months. It had some dents which I needed to file down in order to fit the parts. I also ordered some printed parts which were required for the Anet A8 upgrade to P3Steel, the parts weren't the best quality and had a lot of bridging issues. Apart from that, the product is fine. But I would not order again.
Then I asked him about an invoice for the order. Same thing again, he told me to email them. I did. Received nothing for days. Asked him again, he said he would do it in the evening, and nothing came, again. I received the invoice eventually, and in the beginning they helped me with a VAT issue.
Keep in mind I was friendly when talking to the customer support the entire time, but these promises to answer promptly were never kept and required asking the support again and again. This is unacceptable. I am a guy who orders a lot, I have NEVER had such a bad experience.

Started out Ok, as I already live in Spain, delivered in 24 hours, then it went a bit quiet? Just one bit of advice. Try to contact them using their Online CHAT feature, or even Skype him. ( Hugo) But not their email address, as they seem to be reluctant to sort out problems that way. Their English speaking contact, a guy named Hugo, is very well informed and extremely helpful, and knows their products inside out. But he does tend to disappear from time to time, even in the middle of a discussion? As he spends a lot of his time doing his proper job, which is working in their shop. So, please be patient. I have already told them, that with a much better after Sales Service, they could rate a very Good to Excellent rating.The quality of their i3 3mm all steel laser cut frame, is very good, as is the quality of all their component parts.Almost up to Prusa standard? I have had mine for about 3 months now, and it is rock solid, weighing in at around 12 Kilos, it is also very quiet in operation. Fast delivery, especially if you live in Europe. Mine was less that 24 hours, but then I do now live in Spain?
The day that I read the first Review on Youtube about them, and placed my order, Is now known in my house as Black Monday?
All I am prepared to say about this Company, is that if I was to really say, what I thought about them, and my experiences with them. I would probably be arrested for: Is it Libel or Slander? I can never remember which is which. On reading other members experiences with them, both Positive and Negative, I would say, steer clear of them, and look elsewhere for your metal frame upgrade. I can say this much, because I have already used this phrase, in my daily chats with their online chat employee, Hugo. I have already told him, that I think that they are a bunch of cowboys, whose only interest in life, is taking peoples money, and giving very little in return? Their online chat, as well as on Skype, is quite acceptable, that is Ok as far as it goes. But, you try and get something concrete from them, like the parts that you have ordered and paid for in some instances, or missing parts, or damaged parts during shipping, or anything as in my case, or virtually anything that costs them a few Euros, forget it. ( tight so and so,s )I will agree, that on the whole, their All Steel Frame, is quite a good, quality product. Also, that many of the parts supplied by them, are also good quality. As most of them are already an Industry standard. As per Josef Prusas 3D printers. But I am afraid there is where the comparison stops, big time? They could well do with taking a leaf out of Prusas after sales service, maybe they should all go there and get some lessons in after sales service. Which it has been my experience, and also of course, a decent Assembly Manual in both Spanish and English, as well as supplying a basic, 8Gb memory Card, containing the latest copy of their Firmware, and maybe a couple of simple g-code items just to get you started. Just like many of their competitors do?There is nothing worse in this case, of having built your machine, and not being able to run something on it. Especially if this is your first time into 3D printing? This Forum may well hear from me again. As I told Hugo, send me the items that you owe me, probably in Total about 20 Euros, and I will just go away? I may even lie, and give you a good Feedback, but probably not?
Ordered an Orballo frame in order to…
Ordered an Orballo frame in order to get a superior quality base for my 3d printer. The frame is excellent quality. Wish they'd sent a link to their online documentation as that would have saved some head scratching until I found it. There was a problem with one part of the delivered frame being for a different kit - but they sent out a replacement part so no issues.

I just bought a printer from Orballo
I just bought a printer from OrballoPrinting and it's very nice indeed. I am just setting it up now but very excellent quality. My experience with them has been fantastic. I live in Canada and they even responded to my support questions very late in their night time. They also shipped the printer immediately and I received it with in a few days. I think they are doing a much better job with customer service, my experience has been fantastic.

I ordered a Prussa i3 steel frame from Orballo printing, unfortunately one of the parts was wrong. Orballo were helpful, they acknowledged the error and shipped a replacement part immediately. They also emailed me an .STL version of the part so I was able to continue with the project. I certainly have no complaints.
Regarding the product. The steel frame is extremely solid and sturdy. The finish is good and the cutting is neat. This has got to be a good upgrade for any cheap i3 Chinese 3D printer with an acrylic frame.
I can recommend Orballo printing and their excellent steel frame.

I can't really complain about their stuff. The quality they deliver is actually pretty decent. The problem with Orballo and the reason why I can't recommend them to anybody is their reliability. Half of my orders got seriously delayed despite all articles being listed as "in stock, same day dispatch". When I'm talking about delays here I don't mean the usual spoilt-by-Amazon "but why isn't this with me within 2 business days" kind of stuff. I'm talking about weeks here. Emails to Orballo typically go unanswered and the chat function on the web page often gets you in touch with them, but up to now I never managed to get a chat to go to the "thanks, bye" stage. They usually just stop responding - sometimes right after the "hello", sometimes a few responses into the chat - but in any case at some point you're alone on the chat wondering where your conversation partner went.
Long story short: they have good stuff, some of which is exclusive to them, but their service is outright unacceptable.

These people were unreachable to solve the problem ... Through the chat they responded but when I started talking about the missing pieces I got no answer anymore. Also several mails sent but I never got an answer.
Luckily I paid with Paypal and was refunded by them after a claim....

Don't bother with this company
Don't bother with this company, I bought a 3d printer frame and some other parts at over £200 and when i noticed two of the metal frame parts were missing at a later date I emailed them and they did not relply ony when i threatended to post on 3 d printing forums about there rubbish support did they reply saying they would send out the 2 missing parts, they never did its now over 2 months and now they are ignoring my emails again.
