I have noticed that the security seal on a majority of the plastic bottles that i have received from you have been broken,i don't know if these have been tampered with,any thing could have been added.Other products have a complete plastic seal covering the top of the bottle and the screw top is always connected to the collar.

Dear Peter,
In respect of your comments, our bottle does not work with a fixed seal against the collar and cap.
It works like a pill bottle that requires you push and twist.
If you try and open the bottle by twisting the cap you will find you cannot open it without "pushing down"...that is how it works.
It's disapointing to see that you've elected to go on Trustpilot to raise this issue, when you could have gone online where we would have explained how the mechanism works, in a few seconds.

Prior to my previous posts it appears some form of miscommunication occurred, although not on my side the company has responded well and I continue to purchase the product. Although I did notice a slight difference in taste , subsequent batch’s have been excellent
