Michael, we replied immediately to your issue regarding the new bottle and your statement asking if we had changed the flavour profile. We confirmed that the bottle / packaging had changed but we had definitely NOT changed the flavour profiles, we did say that in some instances some customers assume that when the packaging changes, so to has the whole product.
Notwithstanding, we would have been very happen to swap your order out for another batch whilst investigating the product we sent you. Unfortunately we never got the opportunity, as you were very rude to our customer service personnel during your web chat.
You then decided to leave this remark on Trust Pilot.
To re-iterate, we are still happy to replace the batch you were concerned about.
We try our utmost, to resolve any / all issues our customers have, to the best of our ability, but it is virtually impossible when we don't the chance to resolve an issue because the complainant disengages with us.

Nothing like cirro unfortunately
Unfortunately the tobacco vape liquid tastes nothing like the cirro liquid, unlike the claims all over the website. Even on Trust Pilot their little blog states:
“ That’s why it tastes just like the authentic and number one selling Cirro flavours…because they are!”
Their website and all the claims are very misleading and perhaps wrongful advertising in my opinion.
Please don’t waste your money trying it out and hoping 😬🙄 It actually tastes just like the original Blu vape tobacco liquid from years ago.

You may or may not be aware, but Cirro changed their flavour profiles about 2 years ago when they moved their production out of the UK (Our factory) and moved it to Poland.
The public response was incandescent !
And the outcry was amazing, as the Original Cirro flavours (ours) had been on the market for 9 years !
On the back of this public outcry we launched ORIGINAL C...The ORIGINAL CIRRO Flavours, that were hugely popular.
BAT (Cirro brand owner) is discontinuing the CIRRO range, that is why you and many others are finding difficult to find stockists.
Our product will not be what you are buying now, but is far more popular with the long term Cirro customer.
If you had cared to visit our website and read up on our history and back ground you would have been better informed before making your buying decision !
Notwithstanding, if the ORIGINAL Cirro flavour profiles are not to your liking, (we can't please all of the people, all of the time and because we respect our customers views, even when your comments reflect your own personal preferences and tastes ! ) We will be happy to send you a full refund on receipt of the items in your order (in sellable condition) and copy of it.

I can catagorically confirm to you that these flavour profiles are the Original Cirro flavours.
You are correct, before manufacturing was moved to Poland they were made in the UK by a company called Lumo Liquids.
I was the Managing Director of Lumo and have since bought Original C and all IP / RECIPES belonging to Lumo.
I hope this clarifies your query and thank you for the good feedback.

If you are buying this product because you can’t find cirro 18mg regular tobacco anymore then don’t bother it tastes nothing like it. The packaging looks like cirro and the name original c makes you think they have rebranded or something but it’s defiantly not cirro and is a much inferior tasting product.
Following your reply …..thank you very much for offering a refund - I will be taking this up. I visited your website again to see if I missed something the first time and after reading again I still feel that it is very misleading, it may be cleverly worded but I would suggest that you want the customer to believe they are buying a cirro product to increase sales in your opening page you use the word cirro 6 times. Stating that the reason your brand tastes just like the authentic cirro flavours is because they are! And that original c is the same as vaping your long lost cirro e liquid

Really quick
After placing orders, notification received around 1 hour later saying my order had been dispatched. Delivery very quick and have never ran out or my chosen items. Emails received beforehand informing of closure days because of Bank Holidays to avoid this which helps.
