I signed up my email for an intro offer after seeing a bracelet I'd like to give as a gift, but my god, the marketing/amount of emails I'm getting has actually angered me and made me change my mind about ordering, lighten up a little maybe and don't let the quantity of email drops annoy people

Orli jewlery is just beautiful i have many pieces now from chains earings braclets and bangles had a few problems but customer service sorted it out right away they go above and beyond i even have my friends buying it now we are hooked so girls give it a try you wont be sorry

OMG i cannot rate this company high enough. Not only do they sell the most gorgeous jewellery, they provide an amazing customer service too.
I have had a few items from them, one being for my daughter who has very small wrists, when the bracelet was too big I contacted them to see if it was available in a smaller size. Not only did they immediately offer to make it smaller if I provided the correct size, but also provided free postage to return it. The bracelet was back in no time, fitted perfectly with no visable sign of an alteration.
I lost a charm from one of my bracelets, i contacted them to see if I could buy a replacement, not only did they answer my enquiry the same day, they advised that a charm was in the post! I received it the next day! The staff are lovely too and easy to talk with. I would recommend any one looking for beautiful jewellery for themselves and/or for gifts, to look at their range. You can buy with confidence that you are purchasing high quality items reasonably priced. Packaging is pretty too. You can not go wrong shopping with Orli.

I bought a bracelet as a birthday present, with a birthstone and the recipient’s name engraved on the heart. It was beautifully crafted, and I’m sure it will be well received.

With an initial issue with my order, they got in touch with me personally and dealt with it extremely quickly and professionally. The issue was with me - not their product.

Ordered an engraved necklace for a close friend who has just had a baby, the company has excellent customer service as I got an unexpected call from them just confirming exactly how I wanted the wording to be placed on it which I thought was lovely, needless to say had a very happy new mummy when the necklace turned up, and will be using again! :)

My son bought me a bracelet for Mother's day and it tranished very quickly. I was upset about this, however after contacting Orli directly with my complaint they have been fantastic. They asked for photos and promptly got back to me with a reply. I am being sent a brand new replacement which I am extremely happy about.

Ordered Angel Wing Huggie Hoops earings and Initial and Birthstone Paperclip Chain Bracelet, Silver. Utter rubbish! Bought as a 21st gift for son's girlfriend, I would be embarrassed to gift these.
The earing hoops are so small it would be a struggle to fit them on a small child's ears. They are described as silver plated but the wings are of a dull metal that looks nothing like silver. There is a raised seam on the edge of the wing where they have been poorly finished.
The bracelet is very flimsy as is the clasp. It is described as stainless steel and silver plated, again looks cheap and I couldn't tell you which part is silver plated as it all looks like cheap metal. There is no weight to it at all. For any normal sized adult female this would be a snug fit. The initial and birthstone charm are just awful. The whole thing looks like something you'd get in a cheap Christmas cracker.
I have returned both items and had to pay return postage (£5+) myself, not even a return label provided.
One word- AVOID.

Where do I begin right order a birthstone bracelet and gift box
Two days later order arrived one gift box but no bracelet
Sent a email to Orli Jewellery and had a response in a prompt manner apologising and that they would send me the missing bracelet
Order arrived two days later opened up the package and the order was somebody else's
Contacted Orli Jewellery this is on a Saturday morning had a very quick response alot of online companies you wait 2/3/4 or sometimes 5 days for a reply
I received a WhatsApp message from Sandy who I believe is the owner apologising and explaining that a key member of her team had recently left and they have had a number of issues which are being resolved
Cars have bumpers pencil have rubbers we all make mistakes
When I received my order the bracelet was good
Attached to the order was a hand written note again apologizing from Sandy
The best thing I found was customer service
Is very good I would still buy from Orli Jewellery after all that's happened and the reason I gave 4 star rating

After waiting for days to arrive, and paying for the Royal Mail delivery, the necklace I bought for my daughters birthday, she's 42 on Saturday May 3rd 2025, is absolutely useless. I had a charm on it of her initial, and her name engraved on it, so small you can barely make it out. But the main complaint is that the actual chain is so small it wouldn't go round a child's neck, let alone an adult lady.
It's embarrassing. And I cannot give this as a present. Although I've paid over £35 for this.

I just got a ring from Orli Jewellery and I’m really happy with it. The design is beutiful. The fit is perfect, and it’s really comfortable to wear all day. The quality seems great so far, no scratches or fading after a few months of wearing it.

Exceptionally made and beautifully delivered Sterling Silver bracelet from Orli Jewellery. Had a great experience start to end, delivery was quick and gift bag was a lovely touch. Will be recommending to all!

I ordered a necklace as a gift for a 60th birthday present.
The picture selling the item is very misleading and I’m very disappointed with the item.
I have been in contact with the company but received no reply

The quality of this jewellery is poor. Ordered for gifts but I’d be too embarrassed to give them. Looking at the problems people seem to have with returns I’m not going to bother returning. Any company that’s doing bogof of jewellery is too good to be true as I found!

Excellent service. Sent my anklet back to be resized. Contact customer service told me what to do and responded quickly. This was done free of charge. Absolutely amazing service.
