I ordered a charm for my daughter’s wedding bouquet and wanted it engraved. I don’t hold out much hope of it coming in time as I’d left it a bit late to order. feel that you want to keep coming back .The jewellery is gorgeous very well priced and presented and great quick delivery. I found this company a couple of years ago and will continue as you really don't get better customer service anywhere. I love the fact that yes you can order on line but you can still speak to someone at the end of the phone.
