May 25th i purchased what i thought according to how page is set up that i was purchasing a sectional couch with an ottoman as an accessory as they were having a huge sale. Even at checkout the picture was a sectional couch not an ottoman. Nor did the wording say ottoman. It said sectional couch and allowed to select an option then in light lettering thats not bold print like the sectional couch wording was. Two i was told the delivery would take place with a rather large delivery window between june 3 and the 17. The 15th came around and I emailed them inquiring to make sure delivery was still happening on the 17th as i know living in colorado it takes longer then 2 days to get to colorado as truckers have a regulated drive time. Still assured it would be, even though the tracking was sent says order is ready for shipping. June 17 i check tracking still in ready for shipping cue. So I call, they try to push me off and not do their due diligence to figure out where my order was located. So after frustration and making them to the full extent perform their customer service duties, they decide that its okay to tell me that my delivery is sitting in their warehouse and has been since June 2nd. I get new delivery window of June 20th between 1-8pm. Keep in mind i had to cancel my son's birthday party we had planned outside of our home. As well at this point family weekend for fathers day we also had to cancel. Now two weekends in a row we had to cancel all of our plans to find out when i asked the delivery driver to confirm his docket of items for this delivery it was just the ottoman. I requested the driver to return to warehouse for return. No sense in getting an ottoman without a couch. I emailed them per return policy and it took them numerous emails of me telling them I returned the product, and aften all of this their return policy is insane. 30 percent of total cost and then some other cost. Wanna talk about straight robbery no sense in returning the items because when it all boils down you get 50 percent given or taken of your actual dollar spent. And to boot thisnwas done through affirm. So now im still responsible for paying back the money they kept to affirm So now i am out the percentage they kept on top of purchase amount. Stay away from these crooks. Or you will be had. And I doubt thenproductnisneven a legit name brand product you would see at an Ashley store. That was said as I "purchsed" an Ashley emilia series sectional and ottoman i have the emails and texts as proof of all of this and they still rob you.

Quick to take money slow to provide products
I ordered my furniture on 6/2/26 and was told delivery would be within 12 days. After seeing for several days that my order was "preparing," I called and spoke with an agent who told me there was no action on my order. Three days later, on 6/9/26, I got an email saying I needed to call the delivery company to schedule a delivery. I was told the delivery would be on the 22nd. On Wednesday, 6/17/26 I got a text asking if I would accept early delivery, but due to previous arrangements wouldn't be home on 6/20/26, so I declined and was told my original delivery date of the 22nd would still be scheduled. However, on 6/18/26, I got another text asking me to confirm the delivery date of 6/25/26. No asking if I would be agreeable to rescheduling; they just slip a new date in with no notice or even an apology or explanation. People work, and when someone takes time off of work for a scheduled appointment, just changing the time without prior notice doesn't work. Doing business with you has been one of the most stressful and miserable shopping experiences I have had. Not only will I never recommend this company to even an enemy, I plan on contacting the PA Attorney General's Office of Consumer Affairs. I also want a refund and will buy this product from AFA Store.

The service is great. I ordered my furniture online. However, they’ve pushed my delivery date back twice now. Now I won’t have a bed for a whole month because of this. And I originally ordered the bed within a timeframe where it would be delivered on time.
