This has been the worst furniture buying experience of my life. I spent nearly $7,000 on a sofa set here in April. Over two months later, I have zero furniture, zero delivery dates, and absolutely no answers.
I have called over 50 times trying to get an update. The customer service line goes ignored, and the sales team just transfers you in circles. I have been promised manager callbacks multiple times that never happen—including from the customer care manager, Mariana, who promised a call two weeks ago and completely ghosted me.
Taking thousands of dollars from a customer and then refusing to communicate is unacceptable business behavior. Save yourself the extreme frustration and buy from a reputable store instead.

Good company
I was searching for a particular piece of furniture and ordered it from Ornate Home Furniture due to their competitive prices. Then I found out that my husband already ordered the same piece from another vendor. Customer service canceled my order and issued a refund with no issues. They actually have a phone number to call to Customer Service representative and talk to a person, it’s a rare feature now. I’m absolutely satisfied with the company’s products, prices and customer service. I highly recommend Ornate Home Furniture.
Fantastic experience
Easy to communicate with driver! Was delivered quickly and came wrapped not damaged, and unloaded into my garage per my request of not being home upon delivery. The prices are great, I had been looking at this sectional at Ashley and other places online for quite a bit before purchasing, and their prices are spectacular in comparison to Ashley. Customer service was great. Their payment options great, their whole team really made it a great experience from start to finish. I will definitely be ordering from them again! 10/10 recommend!
3 month runaround.
Ordered a dinette set in February and was told several weeks later it was on backorder, was willing to wait until it was back in stock. Then late May was told it was discontinued so we picked out another set that was $10.00 higher but had to pay $100.32 in difference.
Delivery Service
With the purchase we were notified of a delivery window. We let the retailer know we would be out of town during that time. A few days later, and approx 2 weeks prior to the delivery window they gave us, we received a text from AIT Worldwide saying the item was on a truck and would be delivered in two days. We notified them that we were not home. They said they would hold the items in a local warehouse. It took me multiple phone calls with 30-45 minute wait times to reschedule delivery because they were not sure where our product was. They finally located the product, scheduled the delivery only to have the warehouse closed when the white glove delivery contractor went to pick it up. The white glove delivery contractor Jesse was amazing. Jesse worked with the warehouse and ensured our delivery arrived the following day. Jesse was the only pleasant part of the process.
