I wish I can return my order that took over a month before got delivered to my new place. I ordered Chasemore loveseat and couch. I expected a faux leather since it is in the description that its a faux leather. What I got is microfiber which I dont like. Dont ever buy stuffs in this company!

I had an excellent experience working with Ornate Home Furniture and Mattress and a huge part of that was because of the outstanding customer service I received. From start to finish, Anne was professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to making sure everything went smoothly.
What really stood out was the level of care and attention she gave throughout the ordering and delivery process. She answered questions promptly, kept me informed, and made me feel valued as a customer rather than just another order number. Her positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile truly made the entire experience worthwhile.

False advertising white glove delivery
I placed an order April 20, 2026 and Liezel from Ornate made it very clear to me by email that White glove delivery would be done together and that the team would bring it in inside my house and assemble it and remove all the trash. She told me that if I chose in-room delivery than they would just deliver it to my room of choice but no assembly. I let her know that I wanted white glove delivery and have it all done on a Saturday as that is the only day I was available. Liezel from Ornate told me once she sees that I placed the order she would add the note on my account to request the White Glove delivery for a Saturday. Also on the ornate website it specifically says-"Will my furniture be assembled upon delivery? Yes—if you choose white glove delivery. Our team will bring everything inside, assemble it right there. I randomly then receive a different email stating that a company called Loadup will be coming to my house on May 4 in the afternoon. I had no idea what Loadup was so I googled them and discovered they are a junk removal company that also does assembly of products. They told me that Ornate had setup an assembly of my 2 piece sectional for Monday May 4. I was totally confused because they told me they did not do white glove delivery and were just an assembly company. I then emailed Ornate and they started to cover up their mistakes and told me that the item would be delivered on Saturday May 2 but then the white glove would happen on Monday May 4, which was another lie as again Loadup only assembles. On May 2 the trucker told me that he would only bring it inside my doorway if I helped him or else he would drop it off outside. I ended up helping him because I did not want the leather to get ruined in the hot Az heat but I have severe spinal stenosis and pain and I should not have had to help him as a customer considering i had chosen Whiteglove delivery. My neck was hurting for days after me having to lift and do all this heavy lifting. The other bad thing that happened is the company that came to assemble it separate from the first guy who just dropped it off needed my help as well. I had to hold the sofa up while he was unzipping the underneath part of each sectional to find all of the tools and parts. And then I help him lift it back down and also helped him remove all the plastic and put it together as he was all alone. I feel that this was so misleading as I chose and paid for white glove delivery service but I did all the work. They owe me at least 25% off of the $2000.00 for all this work and stress and pain they caused me. This was worst furniture buying experience I've ever had.
