Very professional service throughout. We accepted an offer on our property after just 3 weeks. Rachel and Dom were exceptional and kept us updated throughout the sale. We would definitely use this company again.

From the initial Meeting with Rachel and all the way through the process Rachel and the Team at Oscar James were informative and professional. Even after the Sale they chased every aspect of the sale to ensure it stayed on track. I would recommend them wholeheartedly and will certainly use them again.

Our home is in Desborough. On 5th November we went outside and when we
came back we are shocked by seeing a board of Oscar James that our home is sold.
We are not wishing to sell our home. Their irresponsible staff put a board of sold in our property when we are not at home without our knowledge or without our permission. How this will happen. We confused who sold our home without our knowledge and without signature and documents. We terribly shocked for some time because we don't know what's going on. Who sold our own home.
So be careful when placing this type of board. This is not a fun or joke.

We had unpleasant experience with the guy , in Kettering agency, Daniel Cowing. And I would not recommend him to anyone. Never met so rude someone like him in my life . Got no respect towards customers AT ALL. After he seen , that there is a single problem with our credit check , which will be sorted by us , next week , he decided not to bother, not explaining anything to us , not trying to help to get us a house , he literally decided to ignore mine and husbands, emails , calls and messages. And started it all with cancelled 1st appointment by him , on a Saturday morning, which should be a bell for us back to that day already. Horrible person to deal with . Thanks God, easy enough we found totally different agency with a decent gentleman which willing to do his job . I would avoid that person and that agency in general , and definitely won't be recommending it to anyone I know .

Oscar James in Corby were amazing from start to finish. Eamonn and Peggy were super professional with great communication and sorted any issues promptly. The house was sold on the first viewing and we couldn't be happier with the service.

After 6 months with a popular local estate agent who only provided 6 viewings- of which 4 were window shoppers we moved to Oscar James Wellingborough.What a marked difference

I don’t usually leave reviews to be honest never really trusted them I tend to use word of mouth, but this time it was worth making the effort.
The team was faultless nothing was too much trouble kept informed throughout the process. The team are well informed and super professional if you are looking for agents to help you with your sale or purchase you will not be disappointed if you choose Oscar James.

We recently sold our first home with Oscar James. All I can say is they have been amazing in particular Dom, he kept me updated throughout the process and explained anything I wasn’t sure on as selling our first home was very daunting! They truly went above and beyond and would recommend Oscar James to anyone.

Horrible experience

We went on with Oscar James in Burton Latimer in dec 2022. Had very regular calls asking to reduce the price.

Finally sold in October 23 to a manager who worked for Oscar James in Corby. He then pulled out with 4 weeks to go until moving.

We found this to reflect very poorly on Oscar James and complained. Got a reply to my first email stating this person had been looking for a detached all along (ours was end terrace) and when he saw the prices coming down he’d bought a detached instead. my response to this email was ignored.
Would never use again and always advise against using to anyone I speak to about moving

Brilliant service from Oscar James Burton Latimer, couldn't fault them. Dominic & his team were so helpful & and went out of there way to get the answer from solicitors/ Estate agents at the bottom of the chain.
Highly recommend to anyone thinking of moving go with Oscar James.
