I've recently completed a purchase of a lovely property in Abington. Very happy with all the team including Steph, Matthew and Lois. I would recommend using Oscar James for an extremely professional service.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Oscar James, having recently engaged their Northampton branch to sell my property. The team headed by Matthew Price & Stephanie were very supportive and professional in their dealings with me.
The process of selling your property can be very stressful but they made the whole process straight forward. Also any questions were resolved and telephone or texts replied to promptly

I found a house many months ago that suited my needs to start a new life for me and my 9yr old son, as I refuse to go back into rented accommodation.

I am a cash buyer and I thought I had secured the house, I have lost count on how many months its been now, its been so long for me that I have littrally become homeless living out of my car from next week, due to all of this.

I was understanding at first but I am absolutely discusted, the stress this has caused me is beyond measurable.

This situation has even caused a divide between me and my family.

I AM ABSOLUTELY SO ANGRY AT THIS COMPANY RIGHT NOW I LITTRALLY CAN'T TAKE THE STRESS OF THIS ANYMORE.

I was very pleased with the service that I received from the Burton Latimer branch for my house sale recently. Everyone that I spoke to gave such a friendly and personable service. My enquires were always dealt with straight away and the team were very proactive in getting my sale and purchase through. Thank you to Jade, Jess and Sam.

The most disgusting agency, i have purchased a house through them and they lied to me, when i make the offer on property they said wont be any chain but surprised 4 sales after me and delayed me half year , all trying to avoid me when I found about the chain, the people should not have this job there. Almost ruin my financial life. I encourage everyone do not purchase house through them. I am talking about Oscar-James Kettering agency.

Never having been a huge fan of estate agents, the Kettering team of Oscar James handled the sale of my parents house superbly. Friendly, genuine staff from managers down, helped my parents sell their house despite the first lockdown due to the corona virus. Kept us up to date when needed and all seemed like they genuinely cared, which we all want at such a stressful time. Will definitely use in the future if needed.
