Charged without consent and does not refund

Rapid response and very clear instructions

Someone called Raj from the Escalation Team Management reached out to me to resolved this issue. Raj offered me a FULL and UNCONDITIONAL REFUND FOR ANY AND ALL MONIES DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT. I much appreciate that this company at least tried to resolve the issue. I will consider this issue finally resolved and settled once I see that the amounts have been reimbursed back to me. I await their response to this matter.

Your site's usage area is completely outside of my area of ​​interest.
Membership information was requested without giving me the opportunity to review the site.
I wanted to cancel on the first day but the cancellation process was closed.

Luckily I was informed from my bank statement on time, and the customer service of OurAmazingZoo was more than helpful.

I was subscribed to this company by fraudulent means by someone. I reached out via e-mail and Paula, the escalation manager, immediately cancelled the subscription upon notification and she is currently assisting me in getting a refund. Thanks Paula. Please notify me once my account has been credited.

I accidently subscribed to your services and the unintented subscription deducted money from my account. I complained and it was agreed to resolve. It is a great gesture by the escalation team especially Paula.

Iam new to this ouramazingbaby thing so i last had to pay 41rand but it took double the amount and idont even know if the order went through or not so i want to cancel any connectio to it
