Very professional and rapid service

This is the 2nd time I have used ourdeal.co.uk and I have to say service is outstanding. Purchased a refurb Imac 27" and it was in perfect condition and just what we wanted.

Thought the Mac book pro was reasonable prices. Great service and good quick delivery. Small issue of test account on the laptop. But swift emails to resolved the issue in no time.

Bought my new Laptop from Ourdeal with the knowledge it was a refurbished unit but when it arrived I was amazed at the condition of it. It looks brand new and up to now it has worked faultlessly. 10/10 very happy.

Easy to use website. Speedy delivery and great updates on order. Computer arrived and is perfect.

After many emails, (and two months later) my iMac was returned today. Selotaped together, with a new mouse and keyboard (which I had not sent back). After my last email, stating I would never drop a £1400 computer, perhaps it was the delivery company, I was told ‘you would look into it’.

My husband had a delivery from the same delivery company last week where the box was damaged and the item didn’t work. The company, Ninja, sent a replacement item the next day.

I am absolutely astonished that I have been blamed for this. As previously mentioned, there were people in my house at that time we heard the ‘crash’, which was the screen falling off and landing on my desk.

If anyone has any problems with Ourdeal in the future, I wish you luck. The emails are written in very poor English, most making absolutely no sense at all. No point in paying for a warranty, as I’m sure they will just blame you for any issues.

Worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.

Ordering was really easy. They had the one we were looking for. Delivery was quick. We had a little trouble setting up but the technical support we received was excellent. We had to send it back unfortunately but when we received it back everything was working perfectly. Thank you

Brilliant product, brilliant service, brilliant delivery.

The item arrived next day and was well packaged and like new. It is exactly as described in terms of spec. The only issue was that it arrived in test mode and I didn't have a password to get in. Meaning I had to put it in recovery mode, do an online recovery, open it in Catalina and then reinstall latest Mac OS (which worked fine tbs) then and only then could I install my backup from time machine. It should have been supplied to me ready to setup as a new machine. Took a lot of time and hassle but there's nothing wrong with the machine, delivery and chatting to someone online before purchase was easy.
