The product is beautiful, precisely made, top quality material, just a unique and special piece.
It would be great if it would come in different sizes. I need to push on with quite excessive force to be smaller, for it to stay a bit more fixed, because that fit is comfortable for me. This way it get’s pretty hard to take off and put it back the same way which also may deteriorate the bracelet with time.
Absolute five stars, but in my opinion it should come in more sizes, as every wrist is different and also everyone likes to wear it in different fits.

Shoddy customer service and damaged item delivered.

My partner ordered a Sterling Silver Ring 4th April as a surprise for my birthday.
Tracking instructions said that the parcel was received by courier days later.
2 weeks after initial order this was chased up to the courier and Outlaws; Outlaws notified on the 18th that they had not distributed the ring due to being on backorder (yet the product was listed as "in stock" at time of purchase).
No lead-times given on emails back and forth between 18th and 29th, with email on the 26th outlining that alternative product selection was possible so I selected a new product on the 29th.
3rd May received comms from the email on 29th that the initial ring was available and has been dispatched.
Ring arrives on the 6th in poor condition; scratched and moderately damaged in intact box/packaging. My theory is that the ring received has been used or returned by a previous customer, or is seconds but not anywhere the quality expected for Sterling Silver 925 nevermind being packaged and sent after this unforeseen delay.

Miles below the service I'd expect or experienced from a company I've ordered from previously, and will not be ordering another higher value item from again.
