I’m a big fan of the brand and its products are literally world class but what totally reinforced why this brand is killing it is because of the customer service I just received.
I had purchased a necklace, which, unfortunately was out of stock. These things happen. I was contacted straight away and given the opportunity to pick an alternative product, which is a perfectly acceptable offer. I didn’t want a replacement so I asked to cancel my order and for my money to be refunded. This request was actioned immediately, no quibbling, no questions asked, no forced selling, nothing. Just one, decent human beings understanding and responding to my request.
This is what service should be like. This is why brands like Outlaws should be supported.
I would have bought from them again regardless but now I will definitely buy from them for me, my family and friends and I will recommend them to all of my brethren in my Viking metal fraternity! Thank you to everyone at Outlaws!
